[The curse that had been laid on Lyon, more then angering him, troubled him. Heimdall had censored her, manipulated her words. Perhaps it might have been one of the other gods, but Heimdall seemed most likely, given he was her patron.

It felt wrong. It went against all his views on how one should treat their allies and those who follow you. The curses were always horrible... but censoring someone for their opinions nagged at him until he decided to pose a query over the bracelet network.]

'True loyalty means being able to speak openly about what you think is right and what you think is wrong.'

Someone very important to me... a commander of great skill and wisdom, once said these words to me and others. I believe his words and follow them still. They have served me well so far. I believe a leader must be open to hearing the opinions of those who follow them, their allies and their friends. Even those they might not ever agree with.

[They didn't have to follow what was said..... but to ignore the words of those around entirely seemed, to him, a prideful mistake. There was much to learn by hearing other's opinions.]

Tell me, Asgard, what is your view on loyalty?

[Later in the day, he decides to speak directly to the source of his problem. He wouldn't be as forceful as Lyon.... he would be careful. But he needed to speak. So he makes an attempt to contact him, not publicly, but privately.]

[attempt at a filtered message to Heimdall]
Might I speak with you?

[When Ash turns on the feed, he seems to look a little... baffled. There's something clearly on his mind and he wants to get it out right away. It's kind of silly that he hasn't asked this before, but then again, he's Ash.]

Hey, Asgard.

I have a really important question.

[There's a pause as he tries to think of the question, a serious look on his face.]

Why is everyone mad at the 'gods'? Do you guys hate them for some reason...?

[This is the worst thing that could have happened. Waking up and finding her charge missing, just vanished without so much as a note.]

Missing person.

Agatha Mary Clarissa Christie. Female. 21 years old. Blonde hair. One blue eye, one gold.

Contact if found.

[ Isaac is sitting on the steps of the Freya Welcoming Hall, his leg jiggling and he’s still fidgeting with the bracelet. (The technology here is really like something from a movie.) So... Not a werewolf. ]

Alright. That was weird to say the least.

[ He stops fidgeting, stops moving his leg, and finally looks up to the recording. ]

Everything she said… [ He stops short and closes his mouth, trailing off mid-sentence. No surprise, he wants to ask if there are others out there de-wolfed, but he doesn’t know how weird that’d be to ask here. ] It’s all true, isn’t it?

So we’re supposed to be helping this place for some crazy reason? [ Kidnapped and missing the only power he had, he’s a little doubtful about Asgard. He was stronger before here. ] What are we supposed to do about it?

I hate to say it, but I don’t think I’m saving anyone with this power.

[ The bracelet clicks on mid-sentence without Simon knowing, based on how muffled his voice is as he speaks. His tone is hurried and clearly panicked as he takes in his very new and very unfamiliar surroundings. ]

-- What... What planet is this?

[ He suddenly seems to realize that he's being recorded and there's some crackling as he moves the bracelet around his wrist, examining it, before he seems to address his audience directly for the first time. His voice is much more controlled than before, the panic somewhat contained as his tone takes on a more serious, business-like quality. ]

Um. Hello? Hello? Can... Can anyone... hear me? [ Then, more to himself: ] I'm. I'm talking to a bracelet. This-- This must be what going mad feels like.

[ And back to the audience. ]

If-- If anyone can hear me out there, I'm-- I'm looking for my sister. River. She's, um. She's seventeen years old, about 5'6" with, ah, with long brown hair. If anyone has seen her or heard from her, could you... tell me where she is? Please? She's a-- she's a very sick young girl.

I, um-- Thank you. For your assistance.

[ And, with that, the transmission ends. ]

[ The feed today is brought to you by Thneedy Industries, Inc. Needless to say, by the Once-ler himself, free o' charge.

Basically there's this 6'4 skinny guy in a really crazy suit, looking at the camera with the most serious and intimidating-as-he-can-manage face. He's standing in front of a few trees in Gefion Park, tapping his green-gloved hand on the screen, as if making sure it's on.
]

Hi.

[ A moment of silence before he continues. ] So. I've been examining my situation here, and well... [ He gives a small sigh, shutting his eyes briefly. ] It's not pretty -- just like these trees.

[ He motions to the bark and the leaves, all which appear less grey than usual. ] Not soft, not soft enough... [ Ignore the mumbling. ] Alright, two things.

First -- I need to know where I can find a... [ How to phrase this.. ] weapon? No, not anything dangerous enough to hurt someone, because I'm not planning on hurting anyone. Just something rudimentary, like an, uh, axe. [ Please don't let anyone catch on. ] Yeah, that's it.

Second -- has anyone seen a really short guy here? He's orange. And furry. Not to mention annoying. Chances are he's not here, and that's fine. I'd actually like you all to point him in my opposite direction -- should you see him, that is -- but it's more than likely that none of you will bother. [ He rubs the area above his mouth, raising his eyebrows at no one in particular. ]

In fact, I can pretty much see everyone here doing quite the opposite. [ He blows air at his bangs. ] Yikes.

Anyway, one last thing -- can whoever's seeing this answer a really important question for me? Are you.. real?

[ The feed sits there for a minute or two, before the Once-ler realizes to turn it off. Wait, that was three things, wasn't it...? ]
