[OH my goddesses it is freaking cold. It would at least be bearable for someone with winter experience, but that doesn't work out too hot for Link here, having lived on a tropical island his entire life with little to no cold weather at all -- even the brushes he's had with the cold weren't this bad and he's... well, extremely ill-prepared for it.

As soon as he'd realized that the city, or at least, his domain, was under attack he'd been eager to help fight off their assailants. But after only a handful, he's now finding it extremely difficult to continue in this weather. How is he supposed to hold a sword and shield with frozen fingers? To move quick with toes he can't even feel? By the time he reluctantly retreats back inside to warm himself he's shaking from head to foot and the best he can do is submerge himself in the depth of a blanket, trying to type on his magic-slate-communicator, though that doesn't seem to be working too well when his hands tremble so much.

This has been an unexpected week. First I find that I have been kidnapped by yet unseen gods. Then I discover that there are not only individuals here from my world - an apparent privilege that not all of us enjoy - but that some of those brothers and sisters are from times past and future from my own.

It's... all very perplexing. And at the same time, I can't help but feel some relief at the relative safety of this new home of mine - home for the time being.

[After a pause, he continues.]

Something I have noticed is that many of you are young - even very young.  It's worrying that children in your position are stuck here in this city, separated from your parents or support structures, being deprived of those activities necessary to develop into a functional adult and achieve your full potential.

I understand the experience of being torn from your family and home and being expected to grow up abnormally fast. For those willing to speak with me, how old are you? If I am stuck here, I might as well extend a helping hand to those who may need it.

[Sheik stops, as if that was it, but makes one last comment before finishing.]

Also, Sister, I am ready to meet you at your earliest convenience.

Zelda, Link. Your whereabouts.

[Shortest voice post ever. Someone isn't very happy. And what self-respecting Sheikah would be, after discovering they've been inexplicably absent from their duty? None that Impa knew, that was for certain.]

[She's found herself in the Loki district on reawakening, and any passerby will find she's taken to the higher ground in order to best judge her surroundings and search for any familiar faces. Once she's reoriented, she takes off toward the Heimdall district, running from rooftop to rooftop. Woman's on a mission.]

[It takes Sheik only a few moments to figure out how the bracelet works, but some time longer to decide what to say.]

…It appears I have been captured and taken somewhere. The question is, by whom? A well-furnished prison cell is not exactly the Evil King’s modus operandi.

Our warden should know that I am just a simple subject of our great ruler Ganondorf. And surely, capturing me will cause him no loss of sleep. It would be beneficial for us both if you simply released me.

…Although, if you are an enemy of his, I would not mind.... ah… learning your name.

[Hey Asgard, have a familiar face filling up the screen -- or, well, half a face, since Link is a little too close. But aside from the eyes, he definitely looks like he could be the spitting image of a certain other green hatted kiddo you might already be familiar with as a resident of our good city. Isn't that peculiar?

Poor Link here hasn't a clue what he's doing, unfortunately. His expression is a mix of confusion and distress while he stares directly at the screen, finally coming into focus even as his hand waves over it, pressing things without any real purpose besides Let's See What Happens When I Do This. What's most alarming is that his face and clothes are caked with bits of blood, suggesting he's just come out of a rather brutal battle -- even if he's no longer actually hurt, and that's no less confusing than anything else that's happened since he woke up here. And the concept of Here is still pretty lost on him, caught up in his mess of worry about where Tetra's gone and what he should do now.

But aside from the occasional puzzled sound, Link doesn't say a word. In fact, the video is composed almost entirely of his staring at the screen, which is probably rather creepy. Someone clearly needs help using The Magic Screen here.
