What do you do when the fate of the world rests in your hands?

[Surprisingly, not anon. It's a question that's been haunting her ever since the nightmares everyone else saw from her world.

If anyone asks, she'll use Asgard's task instead of her own. Easier to deflect that way.]

[The difference between Gil and Nevy is that Gil, despite whatever reservations he might hold, is actually pretty excited to get out there and explore the city. Who are these people? How can he fix this? It's a bit out of his training, sure- he's not quite sure how you cure grayness- but of course he'll…figure it all out, somehow.

Nevy, in contrast, doesn't want to. Whether she just doesn't know how, or doesn't have any interest in it, Gil, in his well-meaning obliviousness, isn't going to let his best friend mope in her room forever.
]

Come on, Nevy, it won't be so bad-

[He's only vividly more blue, in comparison to the drab surroundings, than he even should be. But not as obnoxiously colorful as the person he's trying to tug in front of the video.]

You can talk to somebody who isn't me for once. I bet they'll be a much better conversationalist. Just come say hi!

Gil! [She squeals nervously, squirming away from the view of the camera once she sees herself on the screen. She pouts insistently.] I don't want to; what would I even say?

[But Gil, with his goal accomplished, just beams at her and shrugs, wide-eyed and befuddled at her demand.]

Say anything that's on your mind?

I-- I-- [Slowly, she turns her head toward the screen, face flushed bright red. Her fists curl against her chest for a tense second before she dislodges one and waves at the camera faintly.]

Hello. I'm Nevy. I'm, um. [She throws Gil a helpless look, then swallows and stares at her knees.] My best friend Gil and I arrived here a while ago and he thinks I should try talking to new people. I'm in the um, Baldr house? And I think the gardens here are really pretty. We haven't been here very long.

[Again she looks to Gil, hoping that what she said was enough to satisfy him.]

See, that was easy! [And, beaming with pride, he flips the feed off.]

[The video feed clicks on and for a second Arya hesitates, unsure if it is actually working due to lack of familiarity with such technology still. She has a question, for any interested parties. She would continue hiding, if not for the fact that it's become apparent there are so many who know who she really is. She has yet to see any Lannisters here either. It seems safe enough to her, to ask that someone help her continue her training with the sword?]

I was wondering, should anyone be capable and willing, if there was anyone who might be able to find time to practice sword fighting with me? I trained some back home and have some experience using it in practice, but I don't want my skills to fall into disuse here.

[With a lack of people to assassinate. Unless someone wants to teach her that.]

I thank whomever might be interested.

[Without much more to add than that, she ends the video there after a few seconds of fumbling with her bracelet.]

-Ah. There it is again.

[It's late, and the video cuts on to a young woman with a thick French accent. Her eyes flicker around the screen as she plays little mind to the video, save to turn her head and examine her work; her hair is mostly braided in neat rows, the rest pulled into a low ponytail of wavy curls.

Aveline continues to examine the screen for a few minutes, widening the view to its maximum proportions at one point, revealing that she's on her bed in a sparingly lit room, clad in loungewear and accompanied by a small cache of snack food. The view also shrinks to its smallest size, focusing on her weary face, scars and all. Aveline frowns at that, lightly touching one of the dark circles under her eyes. It doesn't last long before it's back to the default size.

After toying some more with the screen, apparently scrolling, she goes back to braiding her hair, muttering to herself:]

Makes a good mirror, at the very least.

[He's been in Asgard for a few days, learning as much as he can about this world, its many Gods and the way things work around. But there is something that he is still wondering about. And he supposes the best way to have answers to his questions is to ask them out, even if he clumsy with the bracelet nor trust it at all.]

Many of my questions have been answered since my arrival, and for that I am grateful. I however find myself wondering about many things still. Before I was brought here, I was with others and I can not help but to ask of them. Would they not know of my absence? Would they not try to find me? How am I to explain my leaving to them in a way that will be believed?

[That's a rather important question for Jon, seeing as his absence can only be seen as defection from the Night's Watch. 'And on the night of my choosing too,' he thinks, hating that he can not explain himself to his men.]

I know it is an honor to be chosen by the Gods of this place, but I still have a duty to the Night's Watch in my world and I can not help but to worry about the men I left behind.

[A bench in Gefion Park had become the perfect location for a little artistic reconnaissance. Horses had always been a favorite subject for sketches so the six-legged variety found in this park was too interesting to ignore! Leonardo tried to capture their beauty, the graceful way they moved as they pulled their carriages full of passengers down the pathways of the park. A small sketchbook that had been in his pocket when he arrived soon had a several pages full of studies of the animals.]

Creatures with so many extra legs, you would think they would have difficultly getting around but they are actually quite graceful. Bello mio.

[(Beautiful)
The animals not his sketches... those were given an appraising look and all of their flaws were instantly noticed. To Leonardo's eye the sketches needed a bit more work but to anyone else they would look just exactly like the horses he had been watching.
]

When I arrived I was told this was my power? To make objects drawn on a page come into being in a physical sense? Everything about this place sounds so fantastical!
I have not tried it yet, I do not even know how to make this supposed power work. Is there some one here with more experience with this?

[On another thought, Leonardo looked back to his notebook and flipped to a different page. He had made a small sketch of the larger city map he had been given on arrival. ]

I was also told there was a war going on? With so many new technologies my expertise might be out of date but I might be able to help design something? I would really like to know what these machines that attacked the city before looked like. Would anyone be willing to give me a clearer idea of what those were like?

[Thanks to Euri he knew they were large, walked on two feet, and were big enough for people to fit inside but how they fought, how fast they were, and the specifics of their design were still unknown. ]

[OOC: This is a video post but he would still be in the Gefion Park if anyone would like to run into him there instead. Have him draw you something? He is entirely green with this power however... ]
