[The video opens to a slow pan of a pulled apart bedroom, there's essentially no audio and it's clear whoever recording has no intention to introduce themselves or explain their intentions. All that's there is just a sorry state of a room, happily trashed this afternoon. Clothes are everywhere, things have been pulled off the wall and anything that had been on the table or cupboards has been knocked off. Judging by the movement of the camera and the height of the shot, the person filming is bouncing on the bed in a rather immature fashion, only stopping to get a better shot of the room.
Most people watching it may not recognise totally what's going on but the person who owns the room certainly won't be a happy person. After all, this isn't the Master's room, not at all, it's not even his house. He's just paying a friendly visit to old Captain Jack and his super friends.
Leaping off, the Master starts his tour of the break in, not saying a word because he just doesn't need to, the picture says it all. He's simply making a point, sending out a message. Albeit not the most mature and sophisticated message but it gets the job done, right? Why quibble.
Kicking the door open wider, he walks through the hall to the next room, which is in considerably better condition than the one he's just been in. His hand becomes viable as he walks around the room, casually knocking things off and, if you listen hard enough, you can hear a few things getting trodden on. Hazard of the job, you see, sometimes you have to walk on the merchandise.
There's a sort of playful exaggeration to his actions, it's obvious even in the slightest little movement that he's not taking any of this serious. From the tone of the video, it could even consider it a prank, just a somewhat mean one.
After that little bout of minor mayhem, he literally throws himself on the bed, landing with a creak of the bed-frame. The video is pointing up at thte ceiling as he turns it off. He's pretty sure he's made himself clear to his target audience.]
You have such a lovely house. Thanks for letting me visit.
(ooc: the Master has broken in the Torchwood members house to prove a point and publicly bait Jack. Just a little light intimidation to show how very touchable they actually are.Such mature villainy]
