You lousy impostor!! Don't even think for a moment that I'll believe any of your cheap lies!! I'll make sure that you regret ever--

[ AND WHY YES HELLO ASGARD! This is the one and only way to start into the day, right? Or into a meeting, whatever. Not that you're actually seeing much, for now this is sound-only.

Actually, to be precise, it's just a long stretch of things crashing against other things and lots of cursing. It does sound vaguely dramatic...and long-winded, someone sure has a lot of stamina.

.....yeah sorry, it's still going on.

....... seems that someone is taking their sweet time. Maybe we should tell a joke to pass--

OH, hey, there's movement! Rustling! The sound gets turned doooown, then up! And hell~o now there are FRECKLES. Okay, okay, there's a face too; dark eyes, white hair, features young and round. Not the kind of person you'd expect to curse like a drunken sailor who lost his last round of cards, huh. ]

I apologise [ yyeeep absolutely not the expected type. At least he has calmed down? Maybe? Possibly. ] it occurred with somewhat of a time-delay but I've been - informed about the nature of this place.

There is one thing I wish to know: is it true that there's no way for us to leave? There are important things I cannot ignore!

[ the feed turns on, and for a few moments it seems like it can't figure out what to focus on-- first it's the inside of a palm, then it's a shot of the floor, then it's a shot of the wall. but eventually it stops and settles on masrur's face, the expression there steady and placid (which is his default, really).

he just stares into the camera for a few moments as if this is the most logical thing to do, before he finally opens his mouth to say something.

sorry for that awkward pause, everyone.
]

Ja'far. I'm here, if you're here and found everyone else.

[ this possibly doesn't mean a thing to anyone who doesn't know him! so helpful, masrur. he seems satisfied enough by this ambiguous message sent to someone he's not sure is even here or not, and he fumbles with the device to turn it off--

--and fumbles--

--and fumbles...

...and everyone watching this by now might just be getting a headache (or motion sickness) since he just keeps on messing up the controls and doing everything but turning this thing off. inverted colors, hypersaturation, etc, etc... they didn't have things like this in sindria, okay!! he doesn't have a whole frame of reference for this thing.

a moment passes, and he just gives up, putting the device on a desk and watching it, hoping it idles out.
