Well. Since we're back, and well done everyone, and we're all engaged in new projects, I would like to announce on of my own and... [He smiles affectionately.] Romana's... A radio station. 

You may have noticed it in Freyr and it seemed such a shame to let it go fallow, so we fixed it up and, with the generous assistance of our native friends, left a few absolutely free radios in the Welcome Halls of the various gods and some for sale in the electrical shops all across the city, if you should decide to get one of your own!

A radio station is no two man job, however, and as such, I would like to invite you to contribute. I want this to be a real community project. Anything that can fill airtime, be it gossip or music or whatever, I shall be delighted to hear your ideas.

Irving is, of course, immaculate, but he's also a touch resentful looking.] Have I been... absent... at all?

Well, I hope you stayed in bed last night, for I wouldn't have woken up for anything, it seems.

I can confirm that 'returning home' does indeed occur. 

[The TARDIS is sitting at a piano in her house with a light-up sweater but she doesn't seem too put off about having to wear it. She runs a hand over the piano but doesn't actually play it.]

Allow me to explain something, Asgard. Currently this city has eight out of thirteen Time Lords called the Doctor. [Suck it up dears. War Doctor is still a Doctor to her.] They aren't actually doctors, though they have been around long enough to know a thing or two about the medical profession. They aren't humans and their biology allows them to take on different appearances at a certain point in each life. The one with the bowtie and hilarious chin is the eldest of the bunch currently while the one with the bowtie and recorder - _{I'm certain we'll all see it eventually} - is the youngest. While they all answer to their numbers, well some of them have got nicknames as well. All of them do travel through time and space with me, their ship, and it's rare for a Time Lord to do this. He is a rather odd one. All of him.

Now, if we're done with that madness... [PAUSE.]

I would like to build a snowman. It seemed to be a fun activity a good portion of the Earth does when it snows. Who wants to join me when the weather settles down? Eventually people do need a break from fixing up the city and this would be a lovely chance to experience my first snow in a human body. Everyone is welcome to join me tomorrow in the park after three o'clock in the afternoon.

[Irving is looking irritated, even though he's settled down for a rest with a nice cup of tea and some of that cake River had earlier.]  Thank you, Random Ominous Voice, for taking the time to inform me that 'It won't stop' and 'This is just the beginning', as if I was assuming otherwise.

It wasn't as if I had other things to do than deal with an insistent mantra that isn't actually helpful.

Next time, if you can hear me, do try to use sky-writing or something? It's much less invasive. [Well, it was worth a try. Rubbing his temple, he turns off.] 

[The video coming through at the moment seems to be coming from somewhere in the Freyr welcome hall, going by the colours. Kanji's staying inside in the cool, dammit, where he can get something to drink easily.

However, he's got other reasons to be sweating, right now. How about some nerves? He can't quite believe he's doing this.
Still, if that mirror world'd told him anything, it was a reminder about being true to himself, so... here goes nothing.]

Uh - so, hey, everyone.

We've all been through a whole lot over the past few days. And we could kinda use a break from it… so… Figured I'd do somethin' to cheer folks up. I was doin' a couple already, so...

[In a bit of a rush-] I'm makin' these.

[Kanji reaches down out of camera-shot, and picks up an absolutely adorable knitted plushie. A grey kitten with a flower on its collar, to be precise.]

If anyone wants one... they're gonna be one hundred percent custom designs. Whatever you want, I can make, pretty much. That's hand-make. More complicated ones are gonna cost more and I'm gonna need to spend longer working out the patterns on them, but I can still do just about anything.

So who's up for the cutest crap that this city's ever seen?

[ After taking a couple of days to settle in to what is to be her new home, there was a matter that she felt that needed to be addressed. So have a blonde haired woman showing up on the video feed. ] As one of the several newcomers to this place I felt that a proper introduction would be in order. So, hello, I am Romanadvoratrelundar --and if you don't believe you can pronounce that, I wouldn't attempt to-- but Romana will do.

[ She smiles faintly before moving on. ] My main reason for introducing myself though is that it is my understanding that there are several individuals who are Time Lords. I am one myself. I am also the President of our race at my current point in time. While the rules of this world are different from ours, it is still my responsibility to keep an eye on them and ensure they don't step out of line. [ There is a brief two second pause here before she adds: ] Or at least try to.

Should there be any problem with them, I can be reached at anytime to resolve whatever mess has occurred. I realize that some can be... difficult to handle but I will do whatever I can to be of assistance. The last thing anyone needs is for disagreements to break out because of a misunderstanding or someone meddling around too much.

[ And that deadpan look she is making right know? The ones it is directed at know very well that she is talking about them.

It lasts for just a moment before her calm expression returns. ] But that aside, it is very good to meet you all.
