[There's nothing like cleaning up your bar from water damage to get your thoughts wandering to idle places, and Lucifer is hoping that everyone else has been similarly bored. Or at least enough to hold a decent conversation with him.]

It seems our little gods were brushing up on their flood mythos in the past few days, much to our displeasure, I've seen. It's a shame, since I expected something distinctly more biblical, and yet that wasn't much more than a good flood of the Nile.

Oh well. It seems that they didn't want to wash away the sinners, as it were. I wonder how many would even remain, if that were the case?

But questions of morality and character aside, a broader question—In the world you came from, what did faith and religion entail? Whether you personally followed them (or, I suppose you could still follow them) doesn't matter, I'm just interested in hearing about the religions of other Travelers. I would share my own, but I have something of a bias.

Though in honesty, I'm surprised that none of you seem to be worshiping the gods here. Fear of destruction usually motivates people to worship, not to take a stand against them.

[The tone of the voice that speaks is collected, and his questions calmly asked, but those familiar with him may be able to sense the thread of urgency barely there in his tone and frankly one only need listen to the questions he is asking to suspect there is something up.]

I am looking for a man. He is Syrian, has dark hair and skin, and one arm, his right. He keeps his left sleeve always pinned.

He answers to Malik.

[He pauses here, silent, before adding sharply;]

Malik, if you hear this I request your immediate attention.

[ While there's normally a much older face (and voice) addressing everyone, it's been replaced by something a bit smaller. And considerably cuter. Of course, he's not exactly pleased about this either. It's really difficult to scowl with this sort of face. ]

Hello. Unfortunately, I'll have to postpone my plans with several of Sigyn's residents until things are more...normal, but they will proceed as soon as this is over. If anyone has information as to why it's happening, please contact me as soon as possible.

Also, this is somewhat embarrassing to ask but—

[ The angle changes, drawing back enough to show him standing in the middle of a room in nothing but a long-sleeved shirt several sizes too big for his now smaller body. Charley waves his arm in a dismissive motion, material flopping over as he does. ]

Does anyone have anything more appropriate to wear? I can't go out like this. [ Then, his voice is kind of soft before the feed ends. ] I could meet you somewhere close to the Sigyn House if I need to. Thanks.

[Ramirez isn't much for video posts, or really anything related to the subject of social interaction. He prefers to stay in the background, gather his information from a more passive standpoint.

This, however, is a special occasion, and the video feed clicks on to show a very young-looking boy with a very well-honed sense of anger about him, if that angry frown on his face has anything to say about it. He almost seems to be trying to set the bracelet on fire by the sheer force of his glare.

He's not particularly expecting any actual answers beyond yet another trick of the gods, but damn it, he's pissed.]

Someone better have an explanation.

[...It sounds much less intimidating when the voice in question is not a deep bass baritone but rather the high, androgynous voice of a boy who has not quite reached puberty yet.]

The faceless people won't sell me cigarettes. They don't believe me when I say I've been deaged.

Help.

[Lisbeth has been aged back to 8-10 range of instead of her actual 24. Oh noes! But instead of her sheared black hair, piercing and tattoos she looks just as she did at that age. Red haired and cute, but surly looking. She hates it and is pouting on the curb outside a general store she saw when she first bought her gun.]

[ Hey there, Asgardians. You may not recognize this face. That's okay. It's his first post, and he's only halfway doing it for you. The other half is just for posterity. And there's a last like...15% that's just to drive a certain someone crazy. ]

Yo, people of Asgard, travelers and natives alike. I don't think we've met before. The name is Johnny Rayflo. It's a pleasure~

[ His voice is low, and everything around him is quiet - low lighting in the hall he's standing in, maybe the quietest murmur of voices far off in another room. It's late at night, somewhere past midnight, and he's lurking around the Sigyn halls, standing outside of room 603. ]

I've noticed that, since coming here, it gets kind of boring, huh? When you're a night owl like me, that is. And my poor son in there [ there's a gesture back to the door ] hasn't been adjusting very well. So I wanted in introduce everyone to him, so he could make some friends!

[ Well, there's that, and he wants to creep on him as he sleeps. Quieter, muttering to himself: ] And this time, that Sacra isn't here to ruin everything! Are you ready, ladies and gentlemen? [ A charming grin, and then he's quietly opening that door to a darkened room.

Yeah, he's breaking into Cherry's room. He creeps up to the bed with moves that would make any ninja proud, sidling up to the edge and angling it so that viewers can have a nice view of a head of blond hair snoring quietly on his pillow. ]

Isn't he precious? Last time I snuck in like this, he punched me. Can you believe that! Punched me! Such a cruel son I have, don't you think? But look, isn't he precious when he sleeps?

[ What he doesn't notice as he's whispering to the camera is that head of blond hair moving. ] Master. [ Uh oh. And suddenly, there's a scary, looming face for a second, before it blushes and goes tsun. ] What— What are you doing?! IS THAT ON?! TURN IT OFF RIGHT NOW!!

Wait, Cherry, I'm just—!!

TURN IT OFF!

[ A wrestling match ensues then, and after a minute or so, the feeds shuts off. ]

[ooc; this is forward-dated to later in the night on day 80! I have to leave for now, but I should be back in a couple of hours?]

[ At first, the only noticeable thing about the feed is the fact it's focused on the collar of a shirt. Normal, yes. Except for the bright stain of blood soaking it a rather sharp red. The view widens just a bit, most of Charley's face and upper body now visible. He's rubbing at his mouth with the back of his hand, trying to make himself look presentable. ]

Hello, er— [ He looks around, hesitating before looking at something in his other hand. The letter and everything else he was handed sans the bracelet. ] I've been told I'll be staying in some house named Sigyn. I suppose I could find my own way around, but it would be easier if I had a guide...

This entire situation seems rather, um, tedious anyhow. Despite what this paper says- [ And he reads part of it aloud, "chosen by the gods?" ] -I find it difficult to believe much of it. I thought there was only one. Even if some sort of magic is involved, the rest of it doesn't make sense.

[ A pause. ]

But I'm sure anyone who is watching this has heard this before; I can't be the first one to arrive here. In fact, if anyone is listening, I could use some information not listed in this...brochure. [ He doesn't really know what else to call it, and he's back to rubbing at the dried blood on his mouth and what's on his throat, too. ]

If anyone knows a man by the name of Johnny, could you tell him Charley is looking for him? He also answers to Rayflo. It's very important that I find him. [ Because the situation he was left in before he showed up here isn't a good one, and it makes him anxious. He frowns, and the video ends with an abrupt: ] Thanks, I guess.

[When the video feed cuts in, it's to a quietly smug, slightly amused man. He looks to be in his late thirties/early forties, with long black hair and a surprisingly fit body for a man his age. His shirt also seems to refuse to close  properly, buttoned close only a few inches above his navel]

What a surprisingly cute maid. Not much of a talker, though, which is a shame. Nothing makes a later cuter than a warm personality.

[He gives a smirk at the camera, though it's less antagonizing and more friendly than anything] Anyone willing to help out an old man? I'm looking for a blondie named 'Cherry'.

[A pause] He prefers it if you call him 'Charles'.
