promptly flips out. After flinging herself out of bed, she runs to the bathroom, searching for a razor. Not finding one, she contemplates her issue.

Brave Asgard or not. Maybe she can play it off like a fashion statement... She picks video, strikes a haughty pose and grins rather scarily at her bracelet. ]

Did the whole world turn grey and weird for everyone for a long while there, or was it just me?

[Or in other words, someone's just recovered from turning into a native for a few weeks, there. Excuse Nier while he's a bit on the groggy side, here.]

Well, the Gods didn't skip over me for this particular prank. It's not as noticeable as some other people's new facial hair but I'm still sort of proud of it.

[The camera zooms in on his chin where you can quite plainly see a downy fuzz. If you squint. And use a little imagination. It's there... just... less than prominent.]

I wonder how long we'll get to keep these?

[ On the video today may be one of Asgard's strangest scenes seen in a while.

Regina is sporting a droopy blonde mustache very much like the one her father used to have. While she had originally screamed when she looked in the mirror that morning, she quickly got used to it and has even decorated it with some lovely ribbons.

The thing is, she's also currently standing next to a lion, who she appears to be...training? She's directing commands at it, and when said lion succeeds in understanding them ("Sit!", "Stay!", "Roll over!" and the like) Regina tosses meat at him.

Well. Chicken nuggets. ]

Hi Asgard! Been a while, huh? Sinbad's pleased to see you as well! [ She waves her staff, and the lion yawns and lazily raises his paw to greet the feed. Regina claps and throws a nugget his way, which the lion hastily devours. ] Good job, Sinbad! You're doing great! Keep it up and you can have even more treats!

[ She turns back to the camera and sighs in her most adorable, simpering way. ] But the thing is, it's not cheap getting food and treats for him to eat, or stage costumes for me to wear. [ Sinbad yawns again, and flops down on the floor, flicking his tail back and forth. ] Settle down! You can wear one too! ...Soooo, I was wondering. How do you get money? I know it's something to do with getting a job and working hard and then the big-shot boss guy pays you and stuff, but I never had to do that because my last boss was my Dad. [ She twirls her mustache for emphasis at this point. ]

...All right. I'm well aware, due to the large influx of related messages -- [Ow. He should really stop touching his face to smooth that out. It already hurts from the several times he's attempted to rip the damn thing out.] -- I'm well aware that I'm not alone in this situation, but I was wondering if anyone else has found that they suddenly bear a disturbing resemblance to someone with whom they were very close at one point or another. Not only was Franz Joseph my Kaiser but he was also a very dear friend of mine, and although his passing was nearly a century ago I can't help but think the gods here are deliberately trying to make this very unsettling for me. "Creep me out," if you will.

And as far as these things go, how long should I expect this to last? I sincerely hope it isn't permanent. This would appear to be the first time I've been a victim of their... apparent boredom so any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

I have a question for those of you who've considered moving out before.

What's the best place to live in?

I'm not really concerned about cost as I work at many jobs. Money isn't an issue. It just needs to be large enough to keep two or three more people in.

And I hear some of you have been having hair problems.

I can lend a razor to those who need it. I don't mind lending a hand just let me know when you need it and where.

[ Kurogane has long since noticed the thick stubble now coating his chin and jaw that refuses to be shaved off, but since it's otherwise not causing any trouble he's just leaving it be. With everyone else already freaking out over it, he sees no reason to join them in alerting everyone to the state of his facial hair.
