[As promised, Keine had been looking into all the points raised during her last announcement, and now, it's time for another one. With a poll, this time.]

A very good afternoon to everyone, once again. I am Keine Kamishirasawa, a healer of House Sigyn.

As some of you might be aware, I have been putting in some efforts towards getting our city a little more organized, with the hopes of having everyone be much more prepared in the case of any emergencies that might occur, especially considering how we are at a time of impending war.

With respects to that, I would like to welcome any that might be interested in putting in a further effort towards coordinating ourselves a little better, so as to allow us react appropriately to emergencies and varying occurrences, to come together for a forum and discussion on potential issues we would have to address for such a thing to be possible.

Now, as this would require each of us to have free time on our hands so as to maximize attendance, I would like any who might be interested in such an effort to fill in the following form, as attached after this post.

[When the recording starts the bracelet's camera is focused on some kind of aquarium. It isn't completely filled with water and it has quite a few rocks and logs, some of which stick out above the water. On first glance the tank looks empty, but if one looks close they can see a little red claw crab sitting under a log inside.]

Does anyone know what kinds of things crabs do for fun? I'm keeping an eye on this guy for someone else, and I know I've got his food and home down but it looks kind of boring in there. Especially since he's all alone! Do they even make toys for crabs? He looks like he might break stuff with those claws....

Oh! And what kind of information do I need to give out to get a licence? I've never gotten one of these things before, so I'm not sure if I need to bring something or... what, really.
