We are all here against our will, and we would all suffer for it had Alfheim fallen. [ Had they taken in the evacuating elves instead of fighting, there was no sure guarantee that Asgard could support an inflated population. To put it in simple terms, it's a weapon that fires a metal bullet through the long tube-or muzzle-when the trigger's pulled. It works by a small amount of heat that creates enough pressure in the muzzle to force the bullet out and towards the target. At close enough range, it can either seriously wound or kill who or whatever you're shooting at.
