[ the bracelet hadn't been that hard for him to figure out - in fact it was a nifty little piece of technology, though there wasn't something quite like it where he came from. Of the options he figures voice is the best way to go for the very first one, if he's going to be broadcasting it, after all. No reason to show everyone his face right away.

He's leaning up against the side of Freya's welcome hall, arms somewhat crossed as he records the message. ]

So I see we have ourselves a little war going on. You know, this place isn't the only world with problems. Some of us were in the middle of doing something important. Enemies to vanquish, friends to rescue, stuff like that. But I guess that doesn't matter to certain parties.

Anyway, since we're stuck here, I guess I do have one question: where's the best ice cream in this dull place? I told a friend I owe him some.

A lot of us had some crap to take care of before the kidnapping. They're not the most considerate kidnappers you've ever heard of, but they're far from the worst I've ever seen. Personally, screw 'em.

I'm not much for ice cream, but if I were betting, probably Freya district. There's a set of hot springs out there and a bunch of 'relaxation' sorts of things. Seems like it's one of the entertainment districts. I don't usually go.

[It's not the first time she's received the not-unpleasant surprise of Axel's voice on the network, but it's nevertheless quite a jarring find. A quick check of the name related to the post, however, is considerably more baffling. Did she mistake his voice for that of his younger, whole self? She doesn't think so, but either way, the discovery makes her a little more anxious that she already would be. Had she not made that discovery, she might have used a voice communication, herself. As it is, she sticks to text.]

I haven't tried all of the places you can get it in the city but I do know there are some that I thought were good.

There are a lot of great ice cream places around, if you look. Did you have any flavor in mind? [Not that she didn't know already, but!!! After a pause, she adds:]
