[ video feed on! ...of sena who's looking a little troubled like she's sensing someone's killing intent but can't find the source ]
I would have thought that after the event, the Neighbors Club would have become more high profile and we'd get more praise and interest! But there's been nothing! Even that fox woman is being quiet... I know you're plotting something, you damned Yozora!
Since this network is being incredibly boring, I have a suggestion! Let's all participate in writing a relay novel! Heh if you don't know what a relay novel is, go ahead and beg me to explain! It's not every day that the wisdom of Kashiwazaki Sena is being put at your disposal so be grateful!
[ an undisclosed amount of time later: ]
Stupid... S-since no one has replied yet the network is obviously broken! [ she's looking a little teary-eyed ] That's right! I can't believe the gods made such a defective product like this...
( ooc: a relay novel is basically a round robin. for this post, we can set it up like this thread. we'll have multiple story starters and anyone can just jump in at any time as long as you call your turn. this way sign-ups aren't necessary and if people have to turn in, the thread can just continue!
happy birthday yana!

Eaten up by envy and a corrupted spirit, the leader of the fox village had the girl seized. Semoponume tried to protect his sister but because he was a weak idiot who was abandoned by Yukiko-chan [ WAIT SENA STOP INSERTING CHARACTERS PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT ] he was easily beaten down and could only watch as his valiant sister was led away. Caring only for her brother because she's such a good girl and selfless and kind that the fox witch only ended up hating her more, the girl told her brother that he could finally leave the village.
Struck by her words, Semoponume came up with a plan. The night before the execution was to take place, he snuck into the cell where his sister was being held. Urgently he explained his plan to her. They would trade places and and Semoponume would die in his sister's place while she ran away. It took almost all night for Semoponume to convince her and in the end he had to drug her and sneak her out of town. He returned to the cell, dressing as his sister and used melon bread to disguise his figure.
That morning Semoponume bravely went to be executed while the villagers, especially that hideous fox leader mocked him, saying he was so much less beautiful that day. Obviously they were idiots because they didn't realize he was a guy.
Semoponume's sister woke after everything was over and realizing what happened, vowed vengeance on the town. She cut off her hair and assumed her brother's identity and set off on a journey to learn how to destroy the fox village.
She also had another mission, to find her brother's beloved Yukiko-chan and tell her of his fate.
Semoponume's sister, now calling herself Semoponume, ran to the nearest harbor city, hoping to make her fortune there.

"Why do you strike this boy? In this town we swear by honor and helping others." The knight said.
"This outsider stole from me!" The merchant yelled, but at least he no longer wanted to hurt Semoponume. "We show outsiders kindness and they do this!"
"If the boy did steal something, it must have been for a reason." The knight pulled out money and gave it to the merchant. "No one steals without reason." The merchant took the money, grumbling as he left the knight and Semoponume alone.
"I didn't steal anything, just so you know!" Semoponume could have handled the situation. She wasn't used to such kindness except from her brother.
"I know you didn't, but it's in the knight's code I help those who are new here and welcome them properly." He smiled -- a very welcoming and warm smile that not one could ever think of as scary. "So, what's your name and what brings you here?"

[ SENA I THOUGHT THE GIRL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE KIND AND VIRTUOUS ETC. ETC. ]
Despite the knight's supposed kind act, Semoponume was still wary after everything that had happened at her old village. How could she say that was planning on getting revenge? He totally seemed like the annoying type of person who'd want people to get along and tell her not to fight. Still, he was a knight and there was a chance she could convince him to teach her the battle skills she needed to destroy the fox village. But what if he saw through her disguise?
Her internal debate resolved, she abruptly turned her back on him and walked away.
With a final rude comment to make sure he would stay away from her, she called back "Don't try to trick me! You're not a knight! Anyone with eyes can see you're something dumb like a mage and you probably have stupid spells like ~Believe in Tomorrow~!"

Semoponume needed a mage, but was still doubtful. "Next you'll tell me this mage is your sister who is a princess!" The knight was shocked, not sure how to tell her that yes, the mage was not only his half sister but a princess.
"She is, and she needs to go on a journey in order to complete her training." The knight was being honest because he had a good, brave heart. "That's why I was here."
This all seemed to good to pass up, and Semoponume could never pass up meeting a cute princess. "I want to meet your sister and I want you to kill a dragon for me." Semoponume made quite the demand, but the knight agreed.
"Sure, my sister should be here soon to pick up supplies I bought for her."

"An-chan," the man before Taka tugged on his arm and asked him in a very deep voice. "Who is that lady?"
"Semopomune isn't a lady, Kobato," Taka corrected him. "He's a man just like me, through and through."
Some might say Taka was an idiot for not being able to see Semopomune's large chest. They are wrong. That is because even the men in this new kingdom had boobs as large as balloons.
