[Stiles' face shows up on the screen and he's looking maybe just a little worse for wear. There's lines around his eyes and he looks like he hasn't been sleeping well.]

So, the timing on this could be better. I'll be jumping on the wagon to Alfheim tomorrow morning and, um, I need a favor.

[He really should have locked this from his dad, but he hadn't really been on his game when he'd decided to make this.]

Could someone come in and check up on Scott while I'm gone? He went all grey and we can't find his bracelet. I've got him sort of... tied up to his bed, but I need someone to come by and make sure he eats and uh, you know, bathroom stuff.

[Anyone who knew him could see this wasn't an easy thing to ask. Someone was feeling especially guilty at the moment.]

I can't leave him like that, so if no one can do it, I'll just have to, ah, let him go. But with all this going on right now...

I'd just really appreciate a little help. I'll owe someone. Hugely.

[There's a pause, then Stiles looks directly into the screen instead of letting his eyes jump all around it.]

We've looked everywhere. He was gone for a couple days and freaked us all out. Then we found him just wandering around all... messed up. Can't find his stupid bracelet anywhere.

What kind of stupid system makes it so you can't lose something without getting zombified, but they make it so you can just slip it off?

Well, I cuffed him first, but when I went in the next day he'd practically torn his wrists all up on them. So I got Rach to draw some of those, ah, bondage leather padded cuffs with a padlock. Keeps him safe.

[He wasn't upset. Just disappointed.]

Probably not? But I have to do something, dad. And I'm a fire user. I can at least help control that and make sure less of our people get hurt, right? Otherwise what's the point of having them? Fire font's fun and all, but... they kind of shoved powers at us for a reason. Seems crappy of me to just sit here and keep my cocoa warm.

Would you watch him? Keep an eye out for his bracelet? I can leave Hale here with him too, but...

Stiles, you look terrible. No one's going to blame you if you hold back, make sure you're taking care of yourself for a bit. Especially with Scott the way he is right now.

[He avoided his question for the moment. Not that he wouldn't do it, but he really did not want Stiles out where he couldn't keep an eye on him if he could talk him out of it.]

Um, well, they either sleep or just sort of do the zombie shuffle. My buddy's doing the latter. I don't really think he knows about anything while he's like it, so it's not like it's good or bad or anything. For us, maybe, but not for them.

The more people looking after him the better, to be honest. Though, um, how are you around dragons?

[No, he's not ashamed to admit that. He's a little lot guilty about Scott worrying at his wrists while he slept the first night, but he'd wrapped them up and gotten Rachel to replace the handcuffs with bondage padded cuffs. With a padlock. So... they were good.]

You'd rather I let him just stumble around?

How did you manage to find him if he went grey? [ When she went grey, Scott did everything in his power to find her and apparently couldn't. Had he missed something? ]

Hale sniffed him out. I guess his sock fetish actually came in handy.

[He'd liked the dragon from the start, but the fact that he'd found Scott for him would have tipped the scales (haha) in his favor even if he hadn't. Hell, he might have kissed Snape or his stupid emu if they'd found him.]

Yeah, he was. Is, actually. I think they have the store mostly fixed by now. He's just, um, you know, not really himself right now.

[He had to hope that him still being here meant he was coming back. That they'd find his stupid bracelet and Scott would come back to them.]

Hey, the more the merrier. I have no idea how long he's going to be like this and maybe a little company around him will help snap him out of it? Or, you know, someone could find his bracelet.

I can read to him while you are away. Perhaps it will help him retain some memory or semblance of a mind. Who knows what will reach him.

That would be really great. Anything to maybe help snap him out of it or at least let him know he's not alone. I hope we're not gone too long, but you know, just in case.

Why would you tie up your friend? How will he eat if he is bound? I think this is very contradictory.

Well, he's grey. And I don't want him wandering off and getting in trouble. So I'm keeping him in his room until we can find his bracelet. And I'm feeding him. That's sort of what this is for, looking for people to feed him and just sort of hang out and keep him company.
