Citizens of Asgard. I come bearing only grave news this day. What I believe to be a spy, lurking in our very midst.

[ The camera pans over to a bound and gagged individual that some may in fact recognize from the tail end of the Utgard excursion. ]

He has aroused the suspicions of many with his peculiar behavior. The natives themselves have been able to confirm he is not one of them, as he has tried claiming.

Presently, he can be found in the custody of myself and Sir Gwaine. I wish to seek the council of everyone before we reach the city proper as it is a matter which undeniably concerns the safety of us all.

But as for myself, I would vote for execution to follow his questioning. I have seen firsthand what may happen with prisoners during war. They conspire to escape and wreak further havoc, squandering mercy and endangering good men.

Why execute him? Others who believe the way he does might rise up to take his place.

Surely there are other options to think of before killing.

What other options would you suggest?

Oh... Imprisonment? I... I just don't think killing is the way to go about things.

It gives me no pleasure to suggest execution, my lady. I only think of what I have seen time and again with my own eyes - imprisonment is no guarantee of safety.

And execution doesn't do much more than temporarily solve the problem. But do you have absolute proof of his crimes? I think that might be the most important question. And if you do, are you going to have a trial for him?

Not a person among us can recall having seen this man before the wagons were loaded for return. He claims to be a native from Asgard and yet he appears differently from them and spent a good portion of the journey quizzing us on things any native would surely know. The natives themselves have disavowed him as one of their own. Learning this, the man made a full confession. Is that the proof you desire?

As for a trial... I do not know. I would not pursue any further action without the behest of the gods.

And... I've just seen too much killing in my life and think that there are better options.

There is no doubt left he is working for the Giants. Were there any other foolproof way, I would not hesitate to endorse it. As it is, we can only wait and see what the gods have to say.
