[Anyone who spends any time at all with Nepeta should have noticed her absence the past day or so. She'd been just about everywhere hunting for easter eggs for a while, skipping about with two great baskets, one on each arm, and apparently throwing herself completely into this fun new game.

And then she just didn't show up any more.

My Pounce! Look, look everybody! It's my Pounce! She found me again!

[The feed shows a delighted Nepeta and a great white double-mouthed cat purring loudly and nuzzling all over her charge.

Yes, this is indeed why the small kittytroll hasn't been around. She's been busy cuddling her lusus, and has been for a while judging by the white hair covering her hat and coat.]

[The door is almost immediately opened by this stately looking fellow, who gives the Doctor a polite bow and waits to see what it is he's here for.

He'll soon find out, though, as Nepeta comes careening around the corner, closely followed by Pounce.]

[ He doesn't expect to see that when the door opened, and he leans in to have a good look when Nepeta shows up. ]

Yes! Here I am, hello! Who's this?

[ Meaning the stately looking fellow. ]

Hi! This is Aurthour. He's my moirail Equius' lusus!

[She pats the centaur's arm affectionately and he gives her a polite smile as he gently pats her head once or twice in return.]

He's the bestest butler ever! And here's Pounce!

[The giant cat has been trying to slip past Nepeta to get at the Doctor this whole time, and when she's finally allowed through she gives him the rumbliest of purrs, presenting her head for scritches.]

Hello, Pounce! Properly.

[ He happily reaches out to pet Pounce's head, and tries scratching behind her ear. ]

Your moirail?

[Pounce likes that. She likes it a lot. So much so that she flops onto her back so as to get her tummy rubbed too, making Nepeta laugh at her.]

She really likes you! And yes, he's here as well, we live together! I'm very glad to have him here. [A pause.] Unless you're asking what a moirail is?

[ The hand he usually does so with is occupied with the scratching, so he raises his left to point at her. ]

I am asking that. Never heard the term, so what is a moirail?

[Nepeta beams - ah yes, this she can do! Explaining quadrants is her specialty.]

Moirallegiance is one of the four quadrants of romance. It's the red conciliatory quadrant and it can be referred to as the pale quadrant as well. Moirails are destined to look after each other, like soulmates and best friends all in one! Usually one side of the quadrant is focused more on protecting the other, and the other side makes sure to keep their moirail calm and not let them get too angry or destructive.

[Aurthour makes a polite little whinnying sound.]

Oh! I'm being rude. You should come in! Aurthour says he'll make us some tea.

[Aurthour goes on ahead, and Nepeta grabs the Doctor by one arm as Pounce carefully sets her teeth in the sleeve of the other one, for both of them to tug him further into their hive.]

[ He makes a bit of a sound of surprise, but he's more than happy to be dragged along. ]

Careful with the tweed, Pounce, I really like the tweed.

She's careful! She used to carry me with one of her mouths, she's very good at it.

[And down a short hallway or so they then find themselves in the kitchen, where Aurthour is already at the stove preparing a kettle. The cat and her troll usher the Doctor into a chair before Nepeta goes to find her own seat and Pounce flops at the Doctor's feet once again, hoping to be petted some more]
