[The feed cuts in at the Heimdall Welcome Hall, and a troll that may be familiar to several individuals appears on the screen.]

I LOVE BEING UPROOTED FROM ONE SHITTY SITUATION TO ANOTHER, MORE ASININE ONE. MOST DEFINITELY MY FAVORITE THING IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE. ASK ANYONE.

[Karkat probably doesn't have time to actually say anything because there's suddenly a shout.] Karkat? Karkat! [The video feed is probably a blur of motion with lots of greys, blacks, and reds. There's a face that hasn't been around recently. Aradia has bounded over to Karkat and is basically invading all his personal space.]

When did you get here? Have you talked to Sollux or anyone else? A lot of our friends are here you know! You have to tell me what point of the timeline you're from.

[Aradia had lost her bracelet and is pretty much oblivious to what's been happening as of late.] I guess we got here at the same time! I mean I was here earlier but I lost my bracelet hehe.

[Ok. Apparently it really was "the gods are bringing people back to Asgard week." Samantha was staring at the feed and reaching up to pinch the bridge of her nose. He didn't sound like he remembered anything.

That was a good thing, right? They didn't have to shout at each other and him threaten to tear her breathing sacs or whatever they called lungs out of her chest for wanting to beat Gamzee within an inch of his life. Yes, this was a good thing.

That just left the ten-thousand other reasons that this conversation would probably end up being followed by an awkward and unpleasant 'we need to talk, bulge-licker' moment down the road.

I don't think I'm the best person for filling him in, but I'm doing my best! He's in Heimdall too, so that makes it more convenient for us.

I think I'm going to avoid talking about relationships if I can help it for a bit unless he brings it up. After Sollux blew up on me, I'd rather not bring them up. He's kind of a sore topic for a few of you guys...

Kind of! He seems to be farther than me. He's older and I stayed behind while he went to the new session.

I guess I can see that. Him and Karkat were close back home and we seem to be popular to bring in and out from what I heard. Hopefully, that won't be a problem anymore though!

I'll contact you when I want to go out then! I think today should be devoted to helping out since I've been gone as of late. It's unfair of me to just play when everyone is working so hard.

Yes and no! Mostly no, because we technically didn't play more than once. In a way, yes, because when Rose's group performed their Scratch, it basically reset their session. But they will not be playing their session. The same was of us. Our ancestors had scratched their session, but they did not play the new session. My group of friends did! Things are different in that you usually don't retain memories of before the scratch nor do you usually escape it, but they did! And that's why they're being sent to the session with a new set of players.

I think you'll be okay. Karkat is grumpy, but he usually understands better eventually.
