Let's see... I'm supposed to introduce myself, right? My name is Satoshi Houjou. It's nice to meet you at all.

Um... what else was there? Sorry, this has never happened to me before so I'm not really sure what to say. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them. Or am I one who's supposed to be asking questions right now? Hm... Can anyone give me some advice? Introductions sure are difficult. I'll do my best to pay you back when I can.

Yeah... near five months, I guess.

Mm-- Yeah, I guess so. I guess I've seen a lot of the city by now...

Um... now that you mention it, I'm not really sure. I've never really had much free time.

I used to play baseball, but I had to stop.

There was other stuff I needed to do that was more important. [ a pause. ] And I guess I lost interest, a little.

Huh, well, there's always something more important to do, but it's good to find room for your hobbies... Everyone needs a break sometimes from important stuff.

Do you think there might be people around here that'll want to play?

Hey, that's definitely worth a shot. Plenty of people know how, I'm sure.

Then I'll go around and ask. It might be a lot of fun... that's probably what people need around here.

[She laughs a little.] Well, I prolly can't play... But, I'll watch for sure.

Well... cuz, I never have before. And don't girls play softball instead anyway?

Oh, that's true. Maybe we'll play softball instead then. There are a lot of people that don't know how to play... but learning how is pretty fun! If I can find a bunch of beginners, you should try playing with them.

Well, a bunch of beginners is what it won't be so hard to find, is my guess... But, sure, Houjou-kun.

That's true. It's probably easier to find people like that, huh? The tricky part is just getting them to say yes.

Well, ya got one, at least... I'll ask a couple people if you want. I dunno, maybe my boyfriend would be interested.
