[When the video cuts on, Finnick is sitting on his bed with his back against the wall. He's wearing a pair of pajama pants barely visible, but his torso is naked showing off his muscular figure. His head hits the wall behind him with a soft thud as he gives a small grin.]

So, I have been thinking about this a lot lately. Who is actually going to stand up and fight a war that isn't even theirs to fight?

Is it worth it to you all to save some place that you aren't even all that attached to?

[He smiles reaching down beside him, the sound of a paper bag rustling before he holds up his hand which has a single sugar cube between his pointer and thumb. He studies it before popping it into his mouth, and then licking his lips.]

I'm just curious. After all, I have to know who is going to stand beside me when the time comes, right?

[Finnick gives a smile and a small wave.]

Response team? Nope, because I have absolutely no idea what that is.

Have you met...Castiel? [There is a note of reverence when he speaks that name] He spoke of it some time past. To create a team dedicated to responding to threats on the city. If you wish to join, you should speak to him.

Castiel? I don't think so. I'm not sure how much help I'd be since I don't really even known what I'm fully capable of.

But, I know when the times comes I can help.

If you speak of the powers -- you can come to the teacher's council if you wish to learn to wield them. And if you wish to learn to wield a sword, bow, or crossbow - lessons are given at the citadel.

If you truly wish to help, you can.

I actually don't fight with any of those, but I guess what I use isn't too far off anyway. Of course, I should probably go talk to someone about learning about my powers.

For the teachers council you should speak to Merlin, although Castiel can probably help you with that as well.

What weapon do you wield?

A net and trident, but I haven't exactly seen the stores overflowing with tridents.

Perhaps one can be made. If you would like to learn another weapon regardless, you are welcome.
