Did you perhaps think I’d believe you straight away when you said that? Hmph. Don’t be absurd. Anything can be explained with simple logic. Take a child, for example. Because they are so young and know nothing of the workings around them, they’ll explain how something works by putting magic into the equation. I’ll explain this while using a light bulb to further prove my point. A child doesn’t know that a light bulb is run by electricity and instead say that it was magic when they switch it on or off. Anything can be explained with magic if you don’t know what makes it tick.

Things change pretty drastically with that kind of stuff, though. Christmas loses a lot of its magic once you stop believing in Santa, for example. [ despite being a witch now, battler doesnt believe in him at all still... ] .... As for that... It's a pretty long story as to what happened.

Naturally, as Ange was a dear friend to her, it was only to be expected that she wanted this story explained further. If anyone would, she had a feeling it would be Battler. ]

I wasn’t aware that we were in that stage of our friendship. I’ve heard of people starting off as friends and then becoming more but this is going too fast to be healthy. [ Her jokes were, in ways, almost like Ange’s. As in, they never really sounded like jokes but more sincere. ] Hnn. Your room is fine.
