003 [Video/Action]
[Hello people of Asgard. When the bracelet's feed jumps to life it's because Castiel struck it on accident in the midst of somewhat ungraceful flailing; the bracelet skitters back a little on the table it's sitting on, screen locked in place and giving a great view of an elaborate setup, only it's on fire and sending up a good amount of slightly reddish smoke.
There's a voice off screen speaking a language few would understand--that of the angels, Enochian--and sounding extremely displeased. Castiel comes into frame a moment later, tossing a blanket of some sort on the fire and successfully stifling it, managing to look vaguely affronted despite a coughing fit from the smoke. He spots the screen of the bracelet moments later and immediately turns it off.]
[[ooc: Open to action/offlines from anyone in Heimdall! Feel free to walk right in; Castiel's door (and window) will be open considering he filled his room up with smoke. 8|]]

Action
[It's an answer to both, and he watches Cheriour carefully; he's not truly concerned the other angel is much of a danger to him, but he's an angel. There's inherent wariness there.]
Locating. If it had worked, it would have pinpointed an individual's location.
Action
[GEEZ CHERIOUR MAYBE YOU WILL STOP BEING SO DENSE AND REALIZE THAT CASTIEL IS ACTUALLY AN ANGEL]
...Who were you trying to find?
Action
[MAYBE and Castiel is terrible at keeping his cover too lololol 'humans'.]
Sam. I know where he is, so it was more to test the ritual than for the results themselves.
Action
[He sniffs.] But it didn't work, did it.
Action
[So there. And at the last comment, Castiel frowns just slightly.]
It didn't.
Action
[A sigh and a nod as he straightens to his normal standing position.] So, it really is true that all means of accessing our powers or powers of our world is rather useless.
Action
So suddenly his demeanor shifts; he straights and almost appears bigger, though the effect is lessened by that he no longer has any sort of supernatural backing to his presence. His next comment is slightly incongruous, but even.]
Do you know how dangerous angels are to each other, in my world?
[He disregards Cheriour's last comment, as it's self-apparent.]
Action
No, I don't. Why? Angels get along where I come from. We rely on one another. Why would they be dangerous...?
Action
[He speaks slowly, voice lowering slightly; again it would be more intimidating if he had any real power behind it, but it's an instinctual show of threat. Castiel's last opponent had been an archangel, and bluffing was everything against an enemy so much more powerful than yourself.]
Heaven has been at civil war. Trust is something that no longer exists among us.
[Ending up in a strange world, after what had happened in his, had made Castiel incredibly wary about revealing his identity as an angel to another angel. Who knows what one might do, and that he's sort of backed himself into a corner is still the only reason he's revealing it now, despite that he believes Cheriour is low risk.]
Action
[And then when Castiel tells him about the civil war, Cheriour reacts with surprise and horror, though it is only visible in the twitch of his frown and the flinch of his head as he realizes what that means. Civil war in heaven? Was fighting all that angels were really reduced to when God was no longer there to take care of them? There was no trust? No love between the ones who served God? It's like a slap in the face for an angel who only knows of the peaceful state of Heaven back home, and it takes a few minutes for him to even gather his words into a reply.]
How...how horrible. How absolutely devastating.
[And as he considers why Castiel is telling him this, he realizes that he said "us". As in, between angels.]
...That's why you wouldn't tell me. Because I am an angel and you don't trust your kind.
Action
Yes.
[It's as simple as that. Even without revealing what he's done, the sheer fact that Cheriour is an angel was enough for Castiel to hide his own identity as much as possible due to the sheer mistrust he has of his own siblings. Even those from other worlds.]
An angel from my world would likely attempt to kill me upon realizing what I am.
[And he has no power, here.]
Action
[He lifts his head so he can turn his clocks towards Castiel's eyes, his voice level. He means every word.]
That's a promise. Instead, I will help you. Knowing of your situation, I realize your world is very flawed and in need of help far beyond what you have. God gone, civil war in heaven, Lucifer being released again from Hell...it's a travesty that it went that far.
Action
My world is beyond the help of anyone.
[He doesn't know if he believes that completely, that there's no hope for Sam and Dean to fix it, but there are definitely times when he does. He had given everything to try to make things better, and he's achieved nothing but unleashing a new threat and ending up dead.]
Action
[But he understands. If their world is in so much disrepair that you can't even trust the people closest to you, then it is quite a steep hill for it to even marginally improve.]
...Anyways, thank you. For telling me, I mean.
Action
It had been only a matter of time, regardless. Sam said it was a surprise no one knew for this long.
[He still has no intention of broadcasting it to anyone else though.]
Action
[He taps his clocks with a finger.]
So you're lucky in that regard. If you just don't tell the entire place, then you should be okay.
Action
[The clocks are still weird, Cheriour, and indeed hard to miss. Castiel knows he doesn't really pass for human under scrutiny, but he does at least look indistinguishable from one himself.]
Action
[Hey, at least the clocks keep him sane. For the most part. Without them, who knows what he would be doing with the people here?]
Action
[He would have been more hesitant to reveal Gabriel's identity out of respect if he didn't already know Sam had shared it before.]
Who have you found worth watching?
Action
Oh, there's a half demon boy who seems to have quite the attitude, but he's a minor case. The one I am most concerned with is a young lady who seems to be a vampire- she has admitted to me that she has killed many and will continue killing here, even after I told her that I would not permit what she does here.
Action
Has she harmed anyone that you know of so far?
Action
So far, no. But as I said, I'm keeping an eye on her to see if she continues what she says she does.
Action
[Which is a good thing to Castiel, oddly enough. Castiel prefers human company to that of angels.]
Who is it?
Action
[You have no idea who you're going to deal with Cheriour, don't think your perception of the archangel is going to be true.]
A young lady by the name of Diva. I have yet to ascertain her house yet, but it is only one of many questions about her I have yet to have answered.
Action
[And yeah, sorry Cheriour. Good luck there.]
I will observe her actions as well.
[He brushes at a bit of chalk on the table.]
