And perhaps she was preoccupied with other things - It's not every day you would be suddenly dragged into an unknown place like this, with barely anyone you know from back home - perhaps she merely needed time to adapt, and thus didn't have the Neighbor's Club in mind. As I understand, such clubs are only typical in modern schools, no? Without enrollment in a school, reviving the club isn't exactly what might come to mind, is it?
