Hello citizens of Asgard. Or whatever you consider yourself. Interesting thought actually, do you get citizenship when kidnapped and forced to live here or are we in an entirely different category? Forced tourist perhaps? Unwilling immigrant? Something like that.
[He clicks his tongue as he carefully contemplates how to word what he wants to word next. He already knows certain people have their eyes on him so he best play nice. And carefully censor himself from others]
Anyway, we should probably start with introductions. I'm Harold Saxon, you can call me Harry. [He waves playfully to the video, keeping his tone light.] And I'm exceptionally bored. Who wants to amuse me?
[Filters from the Who cast just because.]
I've been here for a few months now, give or take, and from what I gather this place is very big on the whole magic thing. Powers, ruins and all that jazz seems to take centre stage. Am I right? But I have a question, if you'll humour me, does anyone else prefer the sciences and technology still? I get that magic runs smoother and yeah, the powers aren't a bad addition, but you can't argue with the wonders of technology. [You can, actually, but you shouldn't. Cause you'd be wrong.]
Which leads me to my next question, has anyone got anything here that's in dire need of fixing or tuning up? Basically, I could use some pocket money so if anyone wants anything fixed or even made, within reason, I'm very interested. Trading is also welcomed too, I'm sure I can make a good offer. I usually do.
[Insert amazingly bright politician style smile here. He doesn't care what he can get his hands on, he just seriously wants to see what people have and what potential there is to exploit. Maybe convince some people to share.]
On an unrelated matter, do politicians even exist in an Asgardian society? Just curious. Vikings hardly seemed the sort to promote law, order, diplomacy and sociological ideals. I only ask because outside of sciences, that's my only other skill and I'm trying to find a job that won't bore me to death. No offence, of course, I could just never stand menial drudgery.

I prefer real magic.
[Just saying.]

I know what you prefer, you've made it very clear.
[He says in the tone of a man who'd really fed up of hearing magic being championed.]

[Sarah Jane was curious, really. She fathom why it would matter given everyone she's met so far was from somewhere somewhen else.]

And I do believe this war would be more effectively fought with technology, but that doesn't seem to be the gods' weapon of choice. It may be to keep the technology out of the hands of the enemies. [After all, that's been a practice for thousands of years.]
video.
[But then, he wouldn't. The Master considers most humans dumb and unintelligent so his assessment of the vikings he met? Probably riddled with biased. A giant biased, actually.]
See, that's why you make it impossible for others to use what you own. Isomorphic controls are a life saver in a war situation, they lock onto the desired user and reject anyone else attempting to make use. All my weapons used to have that and I never ran into any issues.

Magic and science are two sides of the same coin. The same rules of the world are obeyed. It's more a matter of approach. The approaches tend to be very different, but that doesn't mean that they're not working with the same 'things.'
And, as for politics, they died after the gray I think. Most of the people coming back were born gray, so rebuilding governments has been slow. I've never bothered to be a citizen anywhere, so it's not something I've looked for, as long as the peace is kept.
Video
I find that there's more logic to science than there is to magic. Magic is just things happening, it has it's own internal logic but in reality, it's inability to be fully understood in a reasonable manner doesn't sit well with me. I have to tweak too much that I know to allow it to exist.
[He sort of clicks his tongue in annoyance at the lack of politics to exploit here.] I suppose I can scratch that one off the potential job list then.

[He laughs, waving the hand with his bracelet on it dismissively.]
Though I wouldn't even be that complimentary of these "powers" we've received. I'd rather have my tech back.
video;
[He shrugs slightly, unable to help himself.]
I've been tinkering, I've made a few things but nothing that's ... I don't know, enough. It's disappointing.

I think I'll always prefer invention. I'm sure magic is an indispensable tool to the people who use it regularly, but I grew up building things with my hands. I can draw a blueprint, assemble the appropriate parts, and test until I have the tool I want...but magic seems to be far less precise.
I'm learning the rules of my power as best I can, but they still feel out of my control. At least my blueprints are in a language I already understand.
video
[The Master only made notes when he had to, he was always much happier working working on the spur of the moment with an idea in mind. But Time Lords didn't really need to spend hours plotting.]
What sort of things have you built before? I'm curious, indulge me.

We don't actually have citizenship, we're more like forced guests. You can't actually mistake a local for one of us or vice versa. You can mistake a us for locals to a point.
Oh yeah, my name is Aladdin by the way. I can think of loads of stuff to do if you're bored.
video;
Isn't being a forced guest basically being a hostage? [He can't hide his own amusement at the idea.] I don't like being a hostage much, especially when under the charge of Gods. They're always such bores.
[He pauses slightly, looking intrigued.] Really? Oh, well, enlighten me.
video;
[He gets a wave in return.]
I'm Clementine. If you're bored, what about playing a game, or drawing?
And um, well, I miss phones. My walkie talkie doesn't work here....but I don't mind this magic. It can do a lot of things that technology can't, right?
video;
[Oh goodie, children. Well, he supposed it could be a fun little PR stunt to pretend to liked kids?]
Well, I can't really play a game. I only have a few friends and they're all a bit useless. Or they'd probably cheat. Drawing might be fun, I'll have to get myself some crayons.
[Oh, walkie talkie, that sounded fun actually. He hadn't fixed one of them in ages.] I can have a look at your walkie-talkie if you want? You never know, I might be able to get it working. Or at least add some improvements. If I can fix a brick of a phone, I can tinker with a walkie talkie.
But as for magic? I don't know, I can do a lot with technology. I find magic more limiting personally.

In what way do you wish to be amused? I am uncertain if someone as worthless as myself will be able to, but it would be a pleasure to believe I could.
[As for the rest of his message, he will express.]
Technology, most definitely. I have no interest in the magic of this world. [Because it is keeping his demon blood passive. He is beginning to miss his capabilities while he isn't all the while. No more reincarnation after death, it is great.] If I may be as bold to ask, what type of ability do you have? It sounds as though you might have one of Freyr district's abilities. I do have some interest in finding someone to create a certain charm for me in form of a toy of some kind.
[As for politics.]
I am uncertain. I've always believed the deities were more than capable in looking after their own city and its matters. They are able to materialize and roam their city unlike celestial beings from other worlds. I do not believe that there is no need for anyone else to do so on their behalf. [While.] At the very least, the royal family in Vanaheim made it quite clear on who were in charge.
video;
[He spends most of his time trolling the Doctors and hanging with Barty, both fun but they didn't last forever and had only brief uses.]
My power is body control, so Hel district. It's fun and it has it's uses but I only find it amusing to a point. And it requires a lot of mental improvement. I have a question for you, however, if you'll allow me. Why do you assume Freyr? [He's curious, it was quite the deduction to make and he wasn't sure why.]
I suppose when you have Gods and royal families, politicians take a back seat. Well, as long as they're active. I found humans are very happy to have a God and a queen and yet still let another man make all the decisions. It's funny in it's own way.

You do realise anyone knowledgeable enough on the bracelets or social networks overall might think far enough to take a look at your name tag and see you're lying?
[Video]
You'd think as much but people are shockingly unaware of the obvious. And for the record, Doctor, neither of us are exactly being truthful when it comes to our names. Just goes to show that if you insist upon a name, people will accept it.
