Alright, I was probably being a little too hopeful that the weather would warm up any, but now that I've stopped deluding myself and probably come down with hypothermia, who knows a good place to get a cheap coat. Or if that's impossible, who's willing to light me on fire so I can thaw a bit?

Not a REAL cheap coat, just a cheap one. Plus I figure when I get a coat I'll find some fluffy socks or a warm blanket while I'm out.

well in this case same difference? ill let you in on a secret, being lit on fire doesn't help as much as you think. scarves r pretty good too though

A little counterproductive to light oneself on fire when one can surely make do with a good pair of socks and decent cloak, wouldn't you say?

I'm doing a terrible job of making do with my current pair of socks and jacket. [Well maybe if you actually rolled the sleeves down, Clay.....................] So I think extreme measures like shopping and arson are needed.

Surely the arson would be render the shopping aspect an exercise in uselessness if you were to light yourself on fire after procuring a new coat. Have you tried an hellish trick blanket?

Lighting yourself on fire is an option... but it might be simpler to find a warm drink. There is a cafe in the Freyr district that serves the best tea. Once you find a coat I recommend a visit!

Va bene, I'll admit tea sounds perfect right about now. Maybe I'll grab that first to keep me warm on my walk.

I considered that myself, but now I'm just refusing to leave my room until it's above freezing. I never thought I'd see the day where the literal freezing point was my limit. Usually it's more around 60° Fahrenheit.

Wow where did you live that let you have a limit of 60°? Granted I guess I can only handle lower than that with a closet full of winter clothes so I can't really talk.

Whoa, there's no need to do the self-flambe. Coats are really cheap and if you need a heater, I could build you one.
