[When the video clicks on, Finnick is in the middle of the livingroom and around him is every color of net imaginable. Some are thick, some are thin, some are neon, some are pastel and some are normal color, but not very many. Someone has been busy.]

I don't suppose anyone needs a net? I was just making them while I was thinking and then it got sort of out of hand.

Also if you knew Annie Cresta, she's gone home to be with our son Alexander, so she isn't here anymore. With that, we are lacking severely in people to work at The Safehouse so if you need a job, let me know and I'll put you to work.

We need lots of help in the kitchen and with customers.

[He fiddles with the corner of the net he's working on and puts it down taking a deep breath.]

I need to get out of the house, anyone want to go out? After everything everyone has been through it couldn't hurt to have a little fun, right?

[He was totally pinged by that word. 'Job'. He definitely needed something, if not only to supplement his income but also so that his friends would stop glaring at him a little harder with every day that passed and he wasn't doing something.

Something was quick to helpfully remind him that getting a job would distract him from the events from a week ago - and even if he only vaguely knows what kind of work he's offering himself up for, he's prepared to do anything right now.]

I guess I could give people food or whatever. You mean like, bring it out to them. Ask 'em what they want and whatever?

[He pauses and looks as if he swallowed something sour for a moment before continuing.]

I had a lot of time to think and work on my knotting, so I think I have a plan for now how to cope. I need to work on getting back into fighting shape.

Yeah, I had a lot of time to think. I think I'll be able to pull through this. I'll just have to stay busy and keep looking after Katniss and Rue.

[ Though Allison's not so sure she believes that - she'd be a wreck if Scott left, after all - she nods anyway. ]

You and Scott are due for coming over for dinner...Though maybe we should go out for dinner sometime and we should get others to go.

[He scratches at his cheek with his pointer finger.]

Hey, Finnick. [His expression is somber, lacking his usual enthusiasm, in light of the news.] I can help you out. You mind working around my schedule, though? I’ve got Thursdays through Sundays booked up already.

And when you said kitchen, you mean like… a cook? I can ask a friend of mine if he’s interested.

If you wanna hang out, let’s go, man. What do you feel like doing?

[He considers the others schedule and nods.]

I am sure the rest of us can cover on Thursdays and Sundays. I bet Katniss would appreciate it too.

Yeah, of course. [He offers a small smile.] Not sure if my friend’s looking for a job right now, but I know he likes to cook.

Sorry about the trouble. I work at Stride, and those are the only nights they’re open. I can work in the mornings, though, if your restaurant gets busy. Just let me know.

[He wonders if he should ask again, but maybe Finnick wants to take care of business first. No big.]

What type of place is that? Also, how old are you if you don't mind me asking? That narrows what we can go out and do I think.

Helping take orders, cooking, and helping out around the restaurant. It's pretty easy, and the atmosphere is relaxed.
