[Alice is beaming proudly as she looks at the bracelet. The more observant will notice a slight scratch on her cheek and nose. Nonetheless, she looks very pleased with herself.]

It took me all day but I did it! I did it I did it! [She's bouncing.]

I made myself a pet! Oh but not any sort of pet! No no, I made Marigold!

Would you all like to meet him? I thought it would be a much nicer topic than the gloomy sorts people have been commenting on. [Because dead people? No, thank you. She has had enough of all of that.]

In a sense. There are things that must happen, that there's an order to events, paths that must cross.

So then maybe this is destiny. You and I had to come here to meet one another. I'm very happy that I met you and the Doctor.

Perhaps it is. I am very glad to have met you and I'm certain the Doctor would say the same.

That's why we're going to live together!

We are. He was the one who suggested it first, that you come live with us.

He was? [Not that Alice didn't love the Doctor but she had thought for sure that it was the TARDIS who would have made the recommendation first. Alice couldn't help but blush.]

Oh ah... well I'm glad for it.

[The were both thinking it at the same time, he just said it first.]

I'm very glad I said yes. Although, I hope Miss Rapunzel and Mr. Eugene aren't terribly mad at me for not living with them... it was even my idea too...

I'm sure they aren't. They want you to be happy and if this is what it takes, then they'll understand. And they can always come visit.

And I do hope they visit. I loved braiding Miss Rapunzel's hair and just telling her stories and playing chess!

You can always invite them over, any time you like.

Oh I will, and I have to go see Miss Rapunzel to help with her hair!

Oh? What do you do with it?

[The TARDIS does little with her own hair. Either she pulls some of it like Idris styled it, or she leaves it alone.]

I braid it and help brush it. It's the softest prettiest hair and Miss Rapunzel lets me play with it all the time. I get to decorate it with ribbons and flowers and all sorts of things!

She does have so much of it. I imagine you help her out quite a bit by doing that.

70 feet of hair, to be exact! And the strangest thing, she doesn't get any hair stuck in her brush, not a single strand!

That's quite a feat to manage. Perhaps its magic.

Hmm? Maybe, but I don't think it matters.

No I don't think it does either.

Would you like me to braid your hair, Miss Tardis?

If you'd like, little miss.

It would be nice to see you with different hair styles.

[A small shrug of one of her shoulders.] It's never crossed my mind to do anything else with it.
