[Alice is beaming proudly as she looks at the bracelet. The more observant will notice a slight scratch on her cheek and nose. Nonetheless, she looks very pleased with herself.]

It took me all day but I did it! I did it I did it! [She's bouncing.]

I made myself a pet! Oh but not any sort of pet! No no, I made Marigold!

Would you all like to meet him? I thought it would be a much nicer topic than the gloomy sorts people have been commenting on. [Because dead people? No, thank you. She has had enough of all of that.]

What do you mean how? [She giggles.] Freyr's house has very specific abilities!

And what, exactly, are they? How is it you can just make an animal?

[madcuriosity]

Oh! Well... [Apparently a good deal of people DIDN'T know Freyr's house powers.]

There's the Bardic Influence and Drawing Life. I've the latter! Anything I can draw up and put energy into, I can bring to life. I just reached level three! Before I could make normal animals like rabbits and the sort at level two, but at level three I can make anything! So I made Marigold!

That seems a little bit... [ Unnatural. ] Strange. And what is Marigold?

[madcuriosity]

Well, I think it's one of the less strange things, to be honest. Especially when people can read others minds, control ice, and the other sorts of things!

And this [Alice crouches down and picks up a dragon, cradling him close.] is Marigold! He's a dragon.

[empowers]

[ Looks like a thing that could be a Muttation to her. She tenses visibly. ] It's dangerous, isn't it?

Only if I'm being attacked. [Marigold growls at just the mention of it but Alice cuddles him close.] But otherwise he is just the sweetest and kindest of creatures you could ever ask for! Yes he is!

Are you going to make more of them?

[madcuriosity]

Well, none like Marigold. He's going to be one of a kind! But I was talking with Mr. Loki about making dragons that look like the ones here in Asgard and seeing if we can't convince them to join our side.

[empowers]

If they're small and domestic like that, what good will they do?

[madcuriosity]

Oh... They're not. That's the point.

[empowers]

You're going to try to make them large?

[madcuriosity]

That isn't the plan either, but yes. We're going to see if the dragons I create can convince the dragons of Asgard to become our allies. We need as many as we can, after all.
