[She had nightmares again. Screaming, bloody things that leave her tearing at her mind, crying out and pleading with whatever god will listen to make them stop, make it all top.

But when she opens her eyes, she finds herself calmer, grateful even to be where she is, despite not having her crew, her family, with her. At least not most of it.

So she's awake and perched on her window, watching the sun. She smiles a little bore turning on her bracelet and staring into the recording device]

This place is strange. It gives us the people we love, then takes them away again. It gives us great gifts but at the price of some of the gifts we had...

But I think about where I could be. All the places I could be, one of them being dead, and I'm grateful that I'm here. Not every day, not most days, but right now I'm just grateful I can see the sun.

Sometimes. Things get dull though, even now. Repetitive and boring. It's comfortable but it's not interesting.

I like....I like interesting things. Doesn't have to always be changing, just..be interesting. Some things can be interesting, even when you know the outcome.

Dancing, learning, music, science...

Lots of things.

the kind that's good for dancing. It doesn't matter beyond that.

If you an move to it, then I like it.

I'm not sure which is good for dancing. >I have never danced.

[She frowns, looking almost concerned.] Why?

I was never taught.

Don't need to know to dance. It helps but you can just move, sway back and forth and let the music tell you what to do.

I believe that requires imagination. And I'm not capable of it.

Were you never allowed to have one? Or did someone take it away?

I never had it to begin with. It's not part of my nature.

I'm an angel and thus I'm ultimately different from Lilim - humans.

While you have the ability to grow, development, creation, I am limited and incapable of doing so. In contrast, my kind has vast physical power and strength.

[She listens, nodding her head after a moment of processing.]

Makes sense. Different ways of thinking, of interacting with the world
