[At first, there's just the static, then sound of someone snapping his fingers. All of a sudden, the network's back up and working...mostly. A few glitches in the sound and quality of the video isn't anything to worry about, right?]

Well, look at that. If it isn't my favorite Asgard-city dwellers!

Looks like you guys got landed in, I guess we can say, hot water? [Loki smirks. Despite the bravado, the tightness around his eyes and mouth gives away his weariness.] Your bracelets should be working again, with some hiccups here and there. They'll go away eventually, or whenever my brother's done being laid up. Send all your complaints to him if you feel like it.

[He taps at the screen to get the feedback noise again, just to be annoying.]
