01 ⚡ Harry Potter and the Wizard that Wasn't [Accidental Video]

[Trees and a person can be seen in a blur, moving back and forth. Harry is determined not to believe that his magic is entirely gone. Maybe changing worlds did something to it and he just needs to wake it up. So what better way to bring it back than to cast spells until one of them actually works? He's waving his wand at a frantic pace, shouting as many spells as he can think of in rapid succession.]

-io! Reducto! Confringo! Incendio! Lumos! [The view pauses as Harry looks for something, then moves again just once more.] Accio stick!

[Every single time, nothing happens. His wand feels as cold and dead as a normal stick. The only feeling in his hand is the chill of winter. A breeze blows by and nudges the stick a little, causing Harry to sigh in defeat. he has no magic.]

It's not coming back at all. [He glances at his wand hand, finally noticing that his bracelet has come on. Wonderful. He must look like a nutter.]

Bloody hell. How long has this stupid thing been on? [He winces.] Er... sorry if you're seeing this. Just ignore all that, okay?

Wizard, actually. [He's not familiar with the term.] Just to see if I could get it to come to me. I'm usually pretty good at that spell.

Exactly. I didn't want to conjure one up, just move the one that was already there.

Oh! Is there another kind? [He a bit curious. Then he frowns.] No. It won't come back.

Yeah, back on Spira, people called Summoners could summon Aeons. That kinda stopped happening a few years ago, but it was really big for most of the world.

[She winces at his last comment]

[He sighs.]

It does. Did you lose any magic?

It's...kinda complicated. [Really complicated] And I can't use my dresspheres, but I only had my Thief and my Alchemist ones anyway, so it's not like I'm actually missing anything.

If you use 'em with a garment grid, you can switch between the spheres you have, which changes what you're wearing and what spells or weapons you can use. They're pretty new, and we still dunno how they exactly, just what they do.
