Jack! Jack Jack Jack! Doctor, Miss Tardis! And just... just anyone! [Alice is practically spinning never mind jumping and bouncing. She has drawings all over her walls of the three guardians she met.]

I met them! I met Father Christmas and the Easter Bunny and even the Tooth Fairy! I met them all and they're incredible and amazing and so much better than the stories ever said! Did anyone else get to meet them while they were here!

[She suddenly gasps although not in surprise but in excitement.]

AND HE KNEW! Jack, Doctor, Miss Tardis! Father Christmas knew! [Knew what is left unanswered but she's too excited to explain.]

THEY WERE HERE! I hope everyone got to meet them!

After being dragged here by a bunch of Norse gods? Dunno, maybe.

If they were ... there where I come from, I reckon I would've heard about them already. They'd have to use magic, right?

It's different speaking about it obviously, but you're right. There are Norse gods.

Not everyone had magic. And Asgard is nothing like the society of wizards and witches. Well, it's unique, just ... nothing like that exactly.

Though I also haven't been to Norway to see their community. Maybe it's more like this.

Definitely not just your world, buuut... yeah, I'm kinda getting what you mean. Lost the count on how many times I have to explain all the things that do exist since I arrived here. [Harry takes the first place for best accepting reaction, that's for sure. Jack could get used to this.

Wizards, witches, Santa, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, the Sandman, Cupid, the Leprechaun, Nessie... I can be here all day.

No ... it doesn't feel the same. I don't like it. I feel powerless. I don't mind helping, but when I was told I was sticking around, I didn't think this would be involved.

There is your answer then. [He's still nodding though, totally understanding what Harry is saying.] Join the club. I think we're gonna need some kind of support. Lost your powers and feel like an useless idiot? This is your place to whine with us!

Why do I have a feeling that's a very, very large group?

You have no idea. And let's not forget the sub-club for the ones who get to see their old powers used in another house! Double the frustration, double the whining. [And he sounds particularly whiny about that one. Gee wonder why.]

What was yours originally?

Snow, frost, ice, controlling the wind to fly... anything connected to winter, pretty much. Turns out the bookworms got that. [Jack does not approve.]

... At least my power makes more sense for someone like me. Even if I don't like it very much.

Why do you suppose they ended up with offensive capabilities?

Believe me, I'm dying for that explanation. I know the gods choose us according to our personalities, but the powers make no sense at all.

Damage drain. It's helpful if you don't mind sitting around and waiting just so you can be hurt.

Not how I do it, generally. Having to think of myself as a 'healer' is something I'm still adjusting to.

Just say it, you're used to fight and having to sit down and wait sucks.

Having to sit around and wait for someone to be hurt sucks.

That sucks more. [He runs his fingers through his hair.] You can get free weapons from the shrines. Don't let the powers keep you down.
