[See the woman. See the naked woman clutching a darkened version of this to her chest. The video looks like it's taken outside the castle if the background is anything to go by and from a low point of view, considering she's sitting on the ground. She doesn't seem to care that she's naked but luckily (or perhaps unluckily) the architectural reconfiguration circuit gives her some sense of privacy, as does the piece of what looks like scrap metal that's laying across her lap.]

[Confused and frowning, the TARDIS is certainly unhappy at this particular moment. Her tone is a bit snippy, verging on the edge of something worse.]

That was...I am. [p a u s e] I've returned. And I'm lacking in clothing. That's a thing most of you humans disapprove of, isn't it? Could someone bring me something to wear? I'd rather not distress those who'd be offended by my naked vessel. Even a bedsheet would do.

Doctors, dear, are you still here? I'd hate to have returned only for you to have run off on me. Are the rest of you strays still living in that house in Odin? It was getting a bit crowded last I was there.

[She shifts, not once loosening her grip on the strange orb.]

I'd be grateful if someone could fill me in on what I've missed since I left. It's been a while. A lot of things can happen.

[A small huff.] Hello again, Asgard and its temporary people. I'm... [What does she go with? Last time Eleven was flaily when she introduced herself as Sexy.] ...the TARDIS, that's what you can call me.

Depends on the species. Time Lords are very big on clothes even if they look uncomfortable, their TARDISes, however, are not. There's a collection of clothes but it seems the gods couldn't bother to fetch any when they brought me here.

[Curious look here.] Time Lords? What are those and TARDISes? [Though given the context he's wondering if a TARDIS is an odd race and the gods just gave her a human appearance?]

They're an alien race - the lords of time. [Obviously.] TARDIS - Time And Relative Dimension In Space. A time and space ship.

[He'd be on the right track with that.]

Aliens? [A shocked expression that grows thoughtful, trying to figure out how a Time Lord works.

Well. Until she explains what a TARDIS is.] Wait, wait, wait. You're a ship that travels through time and space?

Lifeforms from another planet. [If asked she might give a non-specific explanation.]

[Oh yes, that definitely distracts people.] That's correct. Or I'm supposed to be. The gods have made me human and my ability to travel through time and space has been limited to what's before us.

I-I know what they are, I just didn't think they were real. [There were reports but given Lavi's every day life there were lots of things people might consider aliens.

Furrowed brow as he looks at her.] You're very pretty, for a ship I mean. [Sob. Not flirting.] Do they...make ships human often?

Of course they're real! You can't possibly believe you're alone in the great big universe, can you? [Come on, lad. Aliens are real.]

[She doesn't take it as a flirting comment.] Thank you. I haven't the faintest. I've never seen another one around here.

Let's just say that there's been no evidence in my world yet to support that string of ideas. The monsters I face aside. [Nooooooooo. He likes his alien-free bubble.]

So it probably took a lot out of them to make you human... [God, can you imagine a human Timcampy or a human Ark?

But at least she didn't say "It's Sexy actually" in response to the "pretty" remark.]

No evidence that you're aware of anyway. The world is a rather large place and aliens can hide themselves. [There are points in history where so very few people who know about aliens.]

Possibly. It's not a concern of mine. [She cares so little for these so-called gods.]

I've been over the world a few times, only rumors in a lot of places. It used to be they blamed Gods for it all.

So what is it you normally do? Aside from the traveling bit? [aka, what sort of places do you go to. He's curious now.]

Humans were very simple back when they were young.

There's a lot of running, and danger and saving people. We visit all sorts of worlds. [He'll have to ask if he wants to know.]

As far as I'm concerned they're still simple.

Sounds a lot like what you can do on Earth. So why travel around for it? [He will in the future maybe.]

Depends on what time you're from, doesn't it?

Because Earth is hardly the only planet in need of saving. And sometimes you lot need to fight some battles yourself.

Are they that much like Earth? [Not that he's being snoody or what have you. Just curious about the life out there. Did they live as they did on Earth, think and feel the same things for the same reasons?]

Yes, you are still quite young. You've got a long way to go. [Very long.]

Some of them are very similar. In fact, you humans colonize quite a few planets in your future. One of them is called New Earth. Then there are some that are nothing alike. Ones where you have to live indoors because you can't breathe the atmosphere or are entirely desert or water. Any sort of world you can think of, it probably exists.

What's the latest year for you then, knowing Earth?

"New Earth"... Implies something was wrong with the original. Either that or they thought it wise to try doing colonies again. [Sigh. America.]

So there's a world out there somewhere that is filled with water and instead of living on it folks live up in the clouds?
