Hey! Did anyone else here realize dwarves are really great?

I'm really serious. Their city is kind of shit, there aren't many plants around at all, but they make really, really good alcohol and they're fun to drink with.

[Euri had a fun time in Svartalfheim, for the most part. It was a nice little vacation, even if the end of it had gotten pretty violent.]

They're good at making weapons, too. [Her tone is turning very pleased and she switches to video. The giant mushroom she and Riku are staying in in Gefion Park is in the background, along with her nearly overgrown-looking garden. In her hand is a metal staff. It isn't overly fancy, but it looks like a lot more than just a simple metal rod.]

I finally got my own staff there! It isn't even that heavy. I think they do something to adjust the weight, it's really easy to hold. [As a demonstration she'll spin it in one hand, before setting one end on the ground.] I think I'd go back there, even if it means taking that train.

[He hasn't talked to her at all since they got back and his wound healed. The shame of first going out of his way to protect her, then getting taken down so quickly and easily, have kept him away. But she pretty much kept him alive while they were out of Asgard, and he's not enough of a dick to ignore that.]

[Oh, there is so much silence on her end. Because even if this is just someone who happens to sound very familiar - a coincidence, like Roxas and ??? and Ven all looking the same - she can't stop her gaze from hanging on the name that pops up with the message.

When Euri does finally speak up her voice is barely louder than a whisper.]

Surprise. [The word has a tiny lilt at the end, that's a little more relaxed.]

Like a breaking dam there's a sudden explosion of emotion in her tone, she's practically yelling at him into the bracelet.]
