[The feed starts and there's Inara, writing and after a moment, she looks up and flashes every one a friendly smile.]

I know this will seem to be a rather trivial request, but I was hoping that there might be a seamstress here in Asgard. I know very well that I can purchase clothing pre-made, though I must admit that I've always preferred clothing that's hand made.

I'll very happily bring designs and fabric and hopefully we can negotiate a fair price for them.

Oh? That's truly good news. I don't think it's something which has to be your profession, as long as you're good at it.

[She flashes a bright smile.]

Might I ask about your experience?

I have sewn a great deal of things at home, even the dresses I wore. And I do not know if you know them, but I have sewn for Merlin, Morgana, and many others from our world. My mother was a seamstress, and I learned all I know from her.

Oh, how lovely. It must be nice to have been able to learn something so useful from your mother. I know this might seem as though I don't believe you, and I do hope that is not how you take it, but would it at all be possible to see some samples of your work?

Yes, I would. I can meet you anywhere you like.

Well, I am currently residing in the Thor district. Where do you happen to be?

I reside in Freya district, but it truly shouldn't take me long to get to where you are. Are you available today?

Yes. I am. I shall wait for you in the Thor District then.

And I am indeed.

Wonderful! Thank you. [She beams at her. She really is happy that she might indeed get the dresses she wants.]

I'm Inara, by the way and I can be there within the hour.

[Then Gwen shall be waiting, with snacks and everything.]

[And true to her word, Inara shows up an hour later, sketch book tucked firmly under her arm. While she's not the best artist, each of her sketches is done well enough to get a very good idea of what she expects.

Soothing her free hand over the front of her dress, she rounds her shoulders and reaches out, knocking on the door.]

[With a soft smile, Gwen answers the door.]

I see that you made it without any trouble. Do come in. Shall I make you tea?

[companioning]

{Inara smiles back as she steps inside. ] Thank you. And please, I would love some. [Truly, it's always nice to meet someone else who enjoys a good cup of tea.]

[Before she goes though.]

On the chair are some of the things I have sewn, so you may look over them while I prepare the tea.

Of course.

[Inara nods, and once Gwen has gone to prepare everything, she moves over to to the chair to look over the items. She smiles appreciatively as she looks them over, her fingers gliding over the intricate stitching. It's much better than some of the work she's seen at home and she is rather impressed.]

These are all so lovely.

Thank you so much. My mother was much better at it than I.

You're very welcome. [She's lifted her voice a bit so it can be heard in the kitchen.] I find that hard to believe, your craftsmanship is superb. When did you start sewing/

I have been sewing since I was very young. And after my mother passed, it was up to me to sew everything. My father had an awful habit of ruining his clothes at work.

[She looks up from the inspection of the clothing.] I'm sorry to hear about your mother. But she taught you well.

It is alright. She passed when I was young. [So talking about her doesn't bring tears to her eyes.] I am no where near as good as she was though.

Regardless, I'm sure she'd be very proud of the talent you display.

You're very welcome. I'm surprised you have not heard it more often. [She grins.] I brought the sketches with me if you'd care to look over them.

It is not something I do a lot. I usually spend my time serving Morgana.

Oh truly? That would be very kind if you would, thank you. I'd like several dresses to be made. Casual, formal, semi-formal. I do have sketches of what I'd be wanting.

[ She saw that Gwen replied and she wants to confirm--] Guinevere is one of the best seamtresses I've ever come across. [ And she is a princess, okay?]

She's made you dresses? [Seamstress Princess? Inara can get behind that.]

She has mended a few of my things, good as new. Her stitch-work is unparalleled.

[companioning]

If you don't mind, I'd love the opportunity to exam some of the work she's done for you. I admit, I can be rather picky when it comes to my clothing.

Cosplay?

None can match my skills for costume construction.

I'm sorry, I do not understand what a cosplay is. And it is not costumes I am inquiring after, but actual clothing.

Allow me, then.

Cosplay is made up of the words costume and play and is used to refer to dressing up as one's favorite character, usually from an anime series. Still, I do not mind making clothes of any kind. Due to my background, I can take anything intricate.

Oh, well I truly do not have a need for a costume. I do have sketches of what I am looking for, perhaps you would care to have a look and let me know if you can make them?

That would be quite adequate. Even if they are not costumes, I have extensive sewing experience combined with skills bestowed upon me by the powers of darkness that make me qualified to handle anything.

Of course. While muted in my human form and yet again here in Asgard, I take up my dark mantle as the Fallen Saint of Senyou.

If you're quite curious--commanding demons from hell as well as being able to control shadows, dark thoughts, especially nightmares...and of course, my black magic would be unparalleled, much like my sewing skills.
