{001 Frying Pan; Video}

[Well. Now Rapunzel has a bit of time to figure out these bracelets, she thinks she has the hang of it, and turns it on, brushing some hair behind her ear and seated on her bed in the Freyr house. The girl is likely a very familiar sight to some, considering she was here previously, and all that hair is certainly hard to forget. Which is currently down and trailing around the room, though at the moment mostly piled on the bed behind her. She seems rather pleased with herself for having figured out the bracelet. It's apparent she has already started drawing and writing about some of the things she has seen and learnt here, the people she has met, on some papers she has stuck to the walls of her bedroom.]

Okay. I think that's it.... So. I'm Rapunzel. I kind of only recently arrived here at Asgard. There is still a lot to take in, really. I've loved the festival though. Though I am not sure how often that happens. It was a lot of fun, there was so much to do!

I've heard I've apparently been here before, but I don't remember that myself. Does that...happen a lot, here?

[She seems a little upset at that, mostly guilty about others being so glad to see her and yet she doesn't remember them. She wishes she could. It's one of two main things making her conflicted about this place, really. A hand brushes through her hair, biting her lip, before she asks another question.]

Our powers, the ones we had from home, they're really gone? I was hoping....but I guess I can find other ways to help. If we help bring colour back here to this world, we go back home, right? What happens back home while we're here?

[Because, the thought of Eugene alone in the tower with Gothel is not a particuarly nice one, really. And she has not seen or heard of either of them being here at Asgard yet, if they are around at all. She still feels like she has a million burning questions, but decides that is probably enough for now, so she mumbles an early thanks and turns the bracelet off.]

I thought that might be the case. You came back with your memories of Asgard?

That's what I've been told, yes. I'm still a little...conflicted about it, really.

What do you mean, you don't remember anything?! [ So have Asahi leaning forward over the feed so much that she's practically looking gigantic as she yells. ]

I...I don't remember being here before. I mean, I've been told I was, but....

[This person obviously knew her before. Rapunzel bites her lip, hands running through her hair in nervous habit.]

Everyone promises that time doesn't pass-- we go back to right when we left, and I believe it. Different dimensions have much different paces of time in my world too.

It...it is kind of strange that some of us who come back here don't remember. Did that happen to you, or someone you knew from home?

[Rapunzel is not sure if Deb always uses that language or if this might be something a bit personal and close to home to get such a reaction from her with that language.]

That happened to me, also. I was here before about 2 months ago, and just returned this very recently.

( Hermione tries to offer what looks like a reassuring smile. )

People here are very kind about it; most will re-introduce themselves and tell you how they knew you before.

Well, it's...comforting to know I'm not the only one then, at least.

I have found that. I guess I still just feel kind of bad about it. They seem so happy to see me, and I don't remember them at all, you know?

[She figures Hermione might have had similar feelings and encounters if she came back as well and did not remember being in Asgard before either.]

I know this place can be confusing, but I have only come across kindness from others. [Hoping that will help Rapunzel out some. She knows how scary this place can be, so knowing that the people here are nice helps.]

Well...back home, I had a gift. I could use my hair to help heal someone if they were hurt or sick, could keep them young and healthy.

Oh...I was hoping.... [That she might still have her healing power, to be able to help if someone got hurt here. It was just. Almost impossible to imagine her life without her hair's power, having been in a lot of ways, defined and restricted by it back home. She is still not quite sure how to react to that news.] But, I'm sure I'll still manage.

I guess you knew me before then? I haven't done any art here yet but it could be I have this, what's the word?, drawing life ability again.

It's nothing. I mean, I just....[She sighs, a small pout at her lips, seeming rather hesitant and unsure as she runs her hand through her hair.] It's...complicated.

[It's been quite a while since her last saw her. Months in fact. Like others that have returned, it always makes him a little sad to see them not remembering things, but he won't turn away from helping her.]

It doesn't happen, but quite a few people return without their memories, so it's definitely not rare. And those festivals happen every few weeks or so. They might host another one for spring.

Well, it's...good to know I'm not alone with not remembering this Asgard place, at least? They happen that often? That's pretty neat!
