[In principle Leah would say that she doesn't care at all about the milkshakes. The fact that they are talking about milkshakes instead of doing something else says that Loki doesn't think this is serious at all, or worth commenting on, or he's trying to be distracting, or irritating. Why are they having this argument? Really, Loki?

In principle, though, she also can't agree with him. It's a tough call to make.]

Only you would fixate on whether or not the cherry is there. The rest of us are capable of having less trivial thoughts.
