[Hey Asgard, have a familiar face filling up the screen -- or, well, half a face, since Link is a little too close. But aside from the eyes, he definitely looks like he could be the spitting image of a certain other green hatted kiddo you might already be familiar with as a resident of our good city. Isn't that peculiar?

Poor Link here hasn't a clue what he's doing, unfortunately. His expression is a mix of confusion and distress while he stares directly at the screen, finally coming into focus even as his hand waves over it, pressing things without any real purpose besides Let's See What Happens When I Do This. What's most alarming is that his face and clothes are caked with bits of blood, suggesting he's just come out of a rather brutal battle -- even if he's no longer actually hurt, and that's no less confusing than anything else that's happened since he woke up here. And the concept of Here is still pretty lost on him, caught up in his mess of worry about where Tetra's gone and what he should do now.

But aside from the occasional puzzled sound, Link doesn't say a word. In fact, the video is composed almost entirely of his staring at the screen, which is probably rather creepy. Someone clearly needs help using The Magic Screen here.]

[WELL HEY LITTLE MAN. You look just like the other little Link that's around here. That's weird! Maybe you're the younger, or older, version of him? Who knows! The other older Link is an older him, after all, so...

He just... waves lightly. Hello!]

[Link's reaction to the appearance of a person and voice on The Magic Screen is probably a little comically alarmed; with a squeak of shock he reels away, even though it follows him, almost falling down in his momentary terror. OH my goddess the screen is talking to him? THERE IS A BOY IN THE SCREEN. What's he doing in there?

Link is pretty used to people knowing his name, but he's still quite mystified by this turn of events, and once he's regained a little bit of his composure he stares the teen over with wide eyes. After a brief pause, he nods slowly, the realization striking him that this older boy has clothes similar to the Hero's like his. That's really strange... he thought that tradition was dead everywhere but Outset, and he seems a little old to still be wearing them...]

[He laughs lightly when he sees the reaction.]

It's okay.

[But yeah! Sup man. So you are a Link? Neat! The clothing is a sign that gives it away.]

I could tell from your clothes. [But well, hmm... how to explain this.] I'm also Link.

[Wow rude why does everyone always laugh at his pain!! But this is weird, does this guy know him from somewhere if he can recognize him from his clothes? Link doesn't remember having ever seen him, and he's sure he wouldn't forget. With the miniscule amount of people he's met in his life, keeping tabs on all of them is something he can pride himself in a little... maybe this boy is a sea wanderer?

But when he says that -- "I'm also Link" -- Link just looks very surprised, murmuring back an "ah!" of perplexed acknowledgement. Does he mean they share the same name? That's such a coincidence! But he'd still very much like to know this boy ended up in The Magic Screen, and how to get him out... doesn't he need help?]

[ ? Another one...? It's reassuring to have so many here, and pretty interesting. Though, he knows it's bound to be confusing to those who know him, and the other Link's.

[As unnerving as it is to be stared at for this long, the sight of all that blood proves to make it easier to be more concerned than anything else. Obviously Barnaby has no idea of knowing whether the blood is his or not but panicking and causing a fuss could just make things a worse, so instead he focuses on just getting this person's attention first with as calm of a voice as possible.]

...you're a bit close. Are you alright?

[NO IT'S ANOTHER ONE? Or the same person? What's going on here SOMEONE HELP. The warm smile calms him down a little, but Link definitely still looks quite lost as he offers a nod in return.]

[Link jumps slightly and makes a little startled "ah!" at the new face and voice, looking them over with a big, concerned gaze. Just how many people are trapped in The Magic Screen? There must be some way Link can free them...

He isn't sure how to reply to that -- he's not hurt anymore, even if he's incredibly worn out both physically and emotionally, and what energy he has left is being burned up by all this freaking out and worrying over where he's ended up and where on earth Tetra has gone. His mouth opens like he means to reply, but instead he just sinks down a little, shooting a slightly helpless expression at the man in the screen, almost as if he means to inquire whether that's something that could be answered for him. Of course, he doesn't realize that Barnaby might be asking because of the fact that he's covered in blood.]

There certainly is no shortage of little heroes in this place. It's a shame half of them hardly look like they could defend themselves against a fly, let alone put up even a half entertaining fight.

[Yup, he's already making fun of you and the other bitty Link. Charming, isn't he?]

[Oh hey, it's another one! And this one actually seems closer to his age. Secretly happy about this.

He smiles at the screen, waving a hand] Hey! [Puzzled staring huh...] You haven't seen anything like the screen either? It's kinda weird, huh?

Are you another Link?

[Link's reaction to this face on his screen is, by far, the most shocked out of all -- he's struck dumb, his eyes huge with his disbelief while he looks... himself?, over. The resemblance is so strong that he's quite honestly a little freaked out, and he really, really doesn't know how to react; what's happening to him? Why are there so many people trapped in this screen, and why do they all seem to know who he is? And why are they talking about him in plural?

Sorry, other-Link! Link is a little too speechless to really reply besides offering a very unsettled look and a small nod.]

It's okay! It's something about this place, but it's bringing in all the Links from all the different times in Hyrule. There's two other bigger Links here too, as well as me and now you. It's really strange.

[He's kinda excited to see one his age though. He will not longer be the odd one out!]

[Holy hell what on earth is this creature. Those are eyes big enough to rival his own.

Despite looking a a little caught off guard, he recovers much more quickly this time, shooting a confused look at the figure on the screen. Sorry, he hasn't exactly figured out how to use it besides staring at it yet! It sure does seem to house a lot of people, though...

He gestures weakly at her after a small pause, as if to ask who she is. H-help...]

[Barnaby startles just a tiny bit himself but it's far from the reaction he's given. It's a very difficult scene for him to take in and a flood of questions come rushing to his head for some odd reason. He's seen newcomers confused and even frightened but not up to this degree. It certainly doesn't help to untie that worried knot in the pit of his stomach. No, it just feels worse but quickly enough the feeling is pushed aside as he merely adjusts his glasses and lets out a small sigh. It's probably just instinct, that knee-jerk reaction he's always had to situations like these what with being a hero. There's no time for panicking, only helping.

But things are so different here, and this seems more like a case where words would work much better than actions. Words have never really been his strong point.]

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to startle you. You don't need to say anything if you'd rather not but if you aren't in any of the houses already I suggest you arrive there, for your injuries... [Was that the right thing to say? No, that doesn't sound right at all. Or maybe he said it incorrectly.]

Do you need any help at all right now?

[WHAT. Link's reaction to the mentioning of "Hyrule" is instantaneous, his attention -- though certainly given before -- suddenly snapping to intense focus on that particular word. How does this boy know about Hyrule? No one at all knows about that anymore, so... so is it really true, what he's trying to tell Link? This is all so confusing... and what does it mean if these people dressed like him are all called Link too? What does this mean for his identity?

It's definitely a lot to take in, and looking almost disoriented, Link raises a hand to his head. With how exhausted and dizzy he is after everything that's just happened, this too almost feels like too much. He wonders exactly how much blood he'd lost before being healed as he is now, and trying to regain his bearing he shakes his head slowly, squeezing his eyes shut for a moment.]

[He notices the attention, but his focus is on the other Link who seems...kinda out of it] Hey, are you okay? [Could you arrive hurt here? Bitty doesn't know, but he supposes it's possible. Or is it just all the information? Could be that too, he guesses. No way to know without having an answer though]

[Actually, he's just kind of been wandering ever since the lady let him go, trying to get a solid idea of his surroundings. He's incredibly intimidated by just how many people there are compared to his tiny homeland, and how tall they all are in comparison to himself. It's all just very unnerving.

He's just fine, however, or... at least, he's not hurt. But the mention of injuries makes him realize that he still looks injured; he looks down at himself with momentary surprise before directing his gaze back up, thinking that yes, he could most definitely use some help right now in trying to better understand what's happening, and especially where he can find his friend. But... shouldn't he help all of the people trapped in the screen, too? He can't just leave them in there...

His response takes a little while to come, but when it does it's just two very quiet words from a speaking voice that's obviously rather underused.]

[WHOA WHAT WHO IS THIS. How did all of you people get inside of this screen?! This guy is definitely the most interesting looking of all, though, with that hair colour and makeup. It's definitely not something Link has ever seen before, and it's really captivating -- or at least, it is until Ghirahim opens his mouth.

Link definitely looks rather hurt by that, but he is used to being shoved around by even his besty so this is hardly something new for him. That it's a stranger bothers him, however, but he shrugs it off; it's better to try and make friends than just be put off entirely, after all! That's how he became friends with Tetra.

So, choosing to ignore that, he outstretches his free hand again, palm out in a gesture similar to saying "You?". Introduce yourself, Ghirahim! Don't be shy!]

[an actual silent one at that Midna watches the kid try to make heads or tails of all this. Poor kid, it's almost a little sad.]

[Best try and be a little helpful.]

Midna. And I assume your name is Link.

[After a moment, his dizzy spell has mostly passed and he opens his eyes again, offering a halfhearted shrug in response. He's really not sure how okay he is actually with everything that's going on right now, but he appreciates the concern, so he tries to smile apologetically a little as a thanks even if it doesn't work out too well.]

[Midna? That's a nice name. It seems to fit a little weirdly in a way for such an impish looking creature -- but he's polite, so he'd hardly ever actually express that thought.

Link has more or less accepted that everyone ever here apparently knows his name so Midna earns an "mhm" in as a reply, Link tapping a few more buttons absently until he discovers -- tada! -- the text options. Wow, there are letters he can write with?! This makes things so much easier!

Or it would, if he understood the concept of typing and what a space bar or shift key were.]

It's kinda confusing, suddenly being here, huh? Even without the whole...Link thing. [What do you call that kind of situation anyway?] Did you get a letter when you arrived here? [Like...rats around in his things and finds it, showing it off. It's the generic one explaining what the gods want of them here]
