Two questions, and neither of them have anything to do with each other.

At least it's Draco's thoughts on the universe with various planets, constellations, and the like scattered across it. It should also be noted that Draco's face has a few colored lines on it from the markers, paints and ink he's using. His sleeves are rolled up to his elbows and he's still severely in need of a haircut seeing how his bangs are flopping right in his eyes. He was originally planning to go outside to test his newly leveled-up flight abilities, but with how cold it's been out and how recently he's finally shaken his flu? No. Way. In Hell.

But that's not the important part here. He's not looking at the bracelet as he addresses the city again, but rather he's continuing to etch lines and draw another red circle.]

So. Who do you think you are? And where can I find a decent telescope?

Well, you've got the general idea down.

We'd be here for a very long time if I tried to get at least one universe down exactly. But the universe... [ purses lips, ] it's a bit like the Earth, actually, except on a much larger scale. It's got what you've already drawn, but there are parts of it that are pretty much nothing but darkness. As if you'd take a ship out into the middle of the Atlantic ocean with no land in sight.

Is is possible that other planets would pop up inside those dark spaces though?

Oh, yes. It would just take a very long time. You need particles for that, you see. So it would, well, grow rather than pop up.

But how long would it take for a whole planet to grow?

It depends, but it's spread out over a few million years, generally.

And if I don't feel like waiting that long?

Nothing to do about that, the universe won't bend to your will. Why? Do you want to see it?

Well. You don't. Unless you were born in the right time, or the right universe so I, by chance, might end up picking you up and showing you.

You'd be surprised. You can accomplish loads if you don't know what you're doing.

But that doesn't make sense! What if you accomplish the wrong thing?

Then I fix it.

I prefer going into something knowing I don't know what I'm doing rather than think I know what I'm doing only for that to end up being wrong. When I'm not stuck in one line of thought there's a bigger chance I'll succeed.
