what happens to the versions of us that exist here when we go home?
the memories and feelings and friendships that weve made
it kind of sucks thinking that we are going to lose them
the longer im here, the more it kind of feels like dying

You're just going back to the way you were before you got here. You're still you even if you forget this place.

What if I spend ten years here? What if I grow up and get married and change? It's not that simple.

We're not going to be here for that long!

Even if that did happen, you wouldn't remember anyway.

But that's my point! There has to be a way we can remember. I don't want to forget!

If you care so much then why don't you ask one of the gods? They'll probably answer.

They don't care about this. Not with everything else going on.

How about when it's over? Then you'll know if you even want to remember it.

I can already promise I won't ever wanna forget.

If it's that important to you then they may do something about it.

I don't think I'm willing to depend on them for that.

Well you can't make it happen yourself, can you?

How would I know? I couldn't make plants grow by thinking at them before I got here. Maybe there are other things I can do too.

That's pretty optimistic. I guess there's a chance.

Because the years and days are all screwed up. All of the seasons happen twice as fast.

Mm. Different planet, presumably, of course the seasons aren't going to be identical. I don't know why that would make us stop aging, though.

So we'd age according to our calendar.

I guess it wouldn't be a bad thing.

I want to keep getting older! Not aging would be super weird.

Do you think we could go back after we aged without changing anything?
