[As always when Finnick makes a post, he's upbeat and very much energetic. Even for having fought with everyone and losing Annie at one point, he's already recovered. It was time to try and get things back to normal.]

Hey everyone, I know that we are all recovering but I have a couple of questions.

First. I'm looking for several different wedding gifts I can give my wife after we tie the knot here. Does anyone have any good suggestions? I want to make this even more special for her.

[Especially after all the violence...]

Second. I know we talked to a lot of people when I proposed to Annie again about several different things we needed for the ceremony and party. I need to touch base with everyone, and we decided that Mid February is about the time we want things to happen.

Last, I think it's time to go out for the night? Who wants to go?

[ Finnick tends to bring out an openness in her that not many other people do. It's different than when she is open with Gale. It's different than with Peeta. It's a darker sort of openness, a side of her she fears showing to others because she doesn't like to appear weak. Her resolve breaks more easily, for some reason. They're very similar; that can't hurt. ]

They have him, Finnick.

[ It isn't a direct answer to his question, no, but Finnick will understand what she means. The Capitol has Peeta. Peeta isn't safe. Therefore Katniss is not okay. ]

[He doesn't want to admit that they probably do, but the realization that he could be there makes his stomach turn and drop. Finnick let's out a slow breath.]

He's strong, and there's no guarantee. Just try and keep a positive outlook Katniss.

[He could say that for her, but if Annie were to leave he would come undone just like she was.]
