It will probably sound a little silly, but my best memory is actually a really sad one. It involved someone sharing a story with me about his family, and I cried at the time.
The reason it's my best memory - the reason I remember it - is because it meant that the person I cared for was opening up to me, and even if what he had to say wasn't happy, it was honest and real.
Elsea was a gym leader back home, she told my dad that it wasn't right for him to force me to go back home! I wanted to learn as much as I could about the world around me and that's what I did!
when my brother was born, i always wanted to be around him so my mom helped me make a blanket fort that connected to his crib and i would play in there and sleep there with him some nights
the clearest memory i have is of mom making me a sandwich and i sat in that fort eating it while my brother napped
Bagging my first tiger, of course. I was 23. Poor beast put up a beautiful fight. All claws and teeth. I blasted her in the right in the heart just before she could get her claws in me.
When I was five or six my dad took me and my mom to a Bon Jovi concert. My mom and him got into this huge fight beforehand. She didn't think I was old enough. But my dad, he fought so hard and eventually she gave in. And when we got there he put me up on his shoulders and all I could see was this sea of drunk, crazy fans. He held onto my legs and I just sat up on his shoulders for the entire concert and my mom was there. And I remember looking down and seeing my parents smiling and laughing and singing along to whatever song was on. Livin' on a Prayer. Bon Jovi.
