I threw mine away when I lost it last time. Don't know if one picked it up, but it took about a day to go native and gray. I'm not sure if it had any impact. The guards that brought it back to me were native, though... so maybe they're special.

Some of them aren't faceless anymore, but I see what you mean. It's risky. We'd have to find someone willing to test it out and make sure both of you stayed in one place. There's a possibility it might teach us things.
