[Somewhere outside today in some random, everyday, nondescript location is rather happy looking girl just... sitting and smiling. What she's looking at in particular though will be constantly changing though as, well, she's out people watching today! And she's clearly excited about it just giving her a passing glance.

If the intense staring isn't strange enough, depending on what she sees she might be reacting pretty crazily too. If someone is sitting elsewhere and looks like they're concentrating hard on something, Akari will look like she's thinking just as hard. If someone trips or looks like they're taking a long time to talk, she'll get worried and might even say to herself, "Will they reach their location before the day ends like this?!" Or if someone is just passing by normally, she'll still look on smiling happily.

Whatever she sees happening, if someone happens to look her way, Akari will give a friendly wave right away.]

[ If only Asahi was in a better mood, then this might not be as awful.. but ever since the whole darkness thing and seeing one of her friends here die, she hasn't been in such a good mood. So when she's walking and suddenly spots Akari smiling like that, she just glares a little in return - despite how friendly she usually is. ]

Hahi! [still waving at Yozora but she also seems slightly amazed] I didn't know that Yozora-san had so many clothes. Do you like shopping?

Not in particular. In fact, this entire concept of shopping at actual stores is new to me.

Hehe, I guess a little bit. It's always fun to people watch.

Is it? It's not something I've ever thought about doing before. [She's not really someone who can sit still for very long.]

Yeah! I think it's a good way to pass time, and it's fun to wonder about the people you see. For example, if you see someone heaving a long sigh, you might start to think, "I wonder why they're sighing like that?" That way, it gives you something to think about as you pass the time.

Boss! [It doesn't take long for Romania to notice Akari nearby; after all, her hair makes her stick out rather easily in a crowd. Waving back, he quickly makes his way over to where she's sitting.]

Are you looking for someone vulnerable enough to throw our promotions on? [what.]

[Akari looks quite happy to see Romania, but at his question she's just.

Whenever he had chosen a location to loiter, and there was also someone else, who seemed to be staying put as well, and neither seemed to want to leave (for the record, he was too lazy to). It was always awkward. To top it off, this girl next to him...seemed way too happy. She was waving to people as they passed by, and watched everyone with a big smile on her face. He sighed. He just would have to avoid contact with her. Just don't look at her, K'. Just don't-

[Lyra is approaching her walk like an explorer--it's clear she hasn't been here too long, and having had to experience that attack on the city so quickly after her arrival she's decided it's best if she knows every inch of this place by heart.

Of course, she's being followed by a Lugia, which might be of interest as well. But she waves at Akari as if that's not unusual.]

[ Passing by, she can't help but notice the strange girl who appears to be...staring at her?

Jasmine slows down, stops, and looks back for a moment, before turning her head away quickly, flustered. A pause, and she starts to creep away indistinctly, but ends up tiptoeing sideways like a crab. That only serves to embarrass her more, and she darts behind a tree to hide.

Clearly this has been a fascinating display. Akari should make a wildlife documentary out of all her specimens. ]

[She tries to wave when Jasmine looks back, but oh she's turning away... It could have been left at just that until she goes to hide behind the tree.
