I have some questions about where you guys come from. If you don't want to answer, it's fine.

Were there worlds within your world? That you could travel between? And did the people in each world know about them?

Hello Nakama. The answer is yes. The river of Death and the realm of the Charter both run alongside the more solid world of the Kingdom. And there is the Wall, which separates the Kingdom from the world of Ancelstierre.

Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory are all accessible from my world, and are their own planes. Other dimensions, such as this one, are also possible to travel to but are not contained 'within' the world.

Only supernatural beings and humans versed in the supernatural know of these places in life, and only some of those can willingly access them.

Yes there were two: The human world and the God's realm. I was able to travel between them, but here I can't open portals anymore. Humans know about the god's realm too.

That depends on what you mean by world. If you mean my home, the world I come from, then yeah. If you mean an actual world and we're talking about a wardrobe leading to another dimension within that world, then no.

Usually they stay separate except for a few people who can travel between them.

Sort of, but not really. More like a similar world, existing alongside yours.
