[ When the video feed comes on today it's anchored to the bracelet instead of the usual screen in front of someone's face. Because of this the video feed comes out sideways and might be a bit disorienting. If they can figure out how to tilt their heads though (durrrr) they'll see a rather static view of the city, just a street or two from this viewpoint. It's as flooded as anywhere else but there's no real audio to it--just the sounds of water lapping at someone's feet and the distant noise of busier parts of the city.

Whoever's started it isn't speaking or even moving--they're just standing there. And the video feed continues. GORG AND SCENIC. ]

[ If you happen to actually be out in the city though Roxas can be found near the Freya-Freyr area standing in a side-road in his....jammies. Yep. Someone sort of wandered off in them this morning. And is also now sort of staring up at the sky with the BLANKEST of blank expressions ever.

[ He's not moving or even reacting to the hail though--it's like he hasn't even heard it, which is close to the truth. His range of awareness is impossibly pathetic right now--only what's in front of him gets the barest hints of recognition and it's incredibly fleeting at this point. When a bird flies overhead and disappears it doesn't even register for him--and if it had, it wouldn't have remained any long than until it vanished from his sight. ]

But since he doesn't, he simply turns to look down at Dog when he's barked at because--well, that's as good a way to get his attention as any. There's plenty of sound and movement for him to show recognition to even if....he had no idea what a dog is at this point. He could be the president for all Roxas knows if he knew what a president was ]
