I know this is a pointless question, but I was wondering if anyone had magic in their world that's casted by singing? Well - singing and thought, but it's the singing that's important! And I don't mean just speaking normally, that's stupid and barbaric. I mean actual melodies that create magic.

[She's still skeptical about Rapunzel's idea, but it couldn't hurt. Besides, it would be kind of interesting if other nonhumans could cast magic in that way.]

There's something else too, and this is really important! Does anyone know the meaning of receiving a glass shoe? It's a high heel and it looks expensive, but I only got one.... Not very practical, right? [She sounds a little unsure since she thinks she has a vague idea, but she's still very confused.] But I'd still really appreciate any help with this!

... Oh, and does anyone know what 'heaven' is?

Heaven and Hell are opposites, with Earth and Purgatory lying in between.

Both Heaven and Hell are locations for human souls to travel to after death. Humans' actions in life denote in which of them they will end up.

It might be. I see little reason for Hell, myself, though what it has become is less offensive than what it used to be.

Hell was a realm of eternal torture and suffering. It was so terrible it would warp human souls into demons after enough time.

Crowley has turned it into an endless line. Still a punishment, through sheer boredom, but nothing so barbaric as it was.

No, it is simply a long story. The shortest explanation is that Lucifer was released from the Cage, which is a portion of Hell, and the Apocalypse began on Earth. We eventually discovered how to trap him again and did so, mostly through Sam's efforts.

[Some details are indeed personal, but the general story isn't.]

It was. The Apocalypse was something destined to happen since the beginning of Creation, and that it was averted is incredible. It was thought to be impossible to stop.

Why was it supposed to happen?

There were certain things that were set; that most roads would lead to, that circumstances would always support and encourage. For some time, it was believed it was impossible to change, and that no matter what path was chosen, it would end in the same place.

It turned out not to be true, though the stopping of the Apocalypse fundamentally changed part of the structure of our world.

How did things change, then?

Because this 'structure' has been broken, continuity in our world need no longer be maintained. Changing the past, for instance, is now possible and has a direct effect on the future, unlike before in which anything that was done to the past had already occurred, and would make no difference.

It causes complications, but also allows for more possibilities. So both, I suppose.
