1 [Video]
[Sam is sitting in a chair in the library, surrounded by all of the books, and he looks somewhat tired, but in good spirits. For the most part. Save for that whole 'he definitely hasn't slept' thing.]
Hey -- I think this thing's on... anyway, I'm Sam Winchester.
[Ordinarily he'd never give out his full name, seeing as they're on the run from the Leviathan and all that, but he's ascertained the big bads aren't around -- so a little honesty couldn't hurt, especially with what he's about to ask.]
Nice to meet everyone. I was wondering if anyone could give me a couple of answers to some questions -- you don't have to, and it's obviously not obligatory, but I'd appreciate it.
First, how many of you have any kind of supernatural ability that was taken away when you got here? It doesn't matter what it is -- telekinesis, the ability to fly -- if anything changed, I'd like to know. You don't have to tell me if you don't want to, but knowing what changed is important in knowing how we all got here in the first place.
[And, more importantly, how to get out.]
Second, I was wondering if anyone could tell me where to find some chalk and some spices. Specifically, rosemary, allspice, or nutmeg. Salt would be good, too. I know there's probably a grocery store or something like that around, but any pointers would be great. And, uh --
[Sam pauses before clearing his throat, thumping his pen against the table for a few seconds before continuing.]
Hypothetically speaking, if you had a coat with a lot of blood on it, what would you do to get it out? And I need to know where to find non-blood-stained clothes that'd fit a normal-sized human being. ... hypothetically.

[ OH THAT IS JUST INSULTING. Sam are you laughing at her.
At least up until this point she could plausibly deny membership in Baldr's house - she'd just "spoken" to the guy, after all, instead of "been welcomed by" - but her indignant reaction is probably a dead giveaway. SULK SULK SULK
also she is not blushing but that is basically her face rn]Whatever. I guess at least the light and power parts fit!

[Now he's really trying not to laugh.]
/cracking up so bad
LMAO THIS IS THE BEST OKAY
How did you manage that?
they are actually kind of hilarious together, and it's great.
ROFL YES. Sam kinda likes the Homestuck people as a whole, he thinks they're fascinating.
[He's been unlucky, Vriska. It's not a fun time.]
Bona fide aliens ought to be a little cool to SOMEONE.
THEY ARE.
GOOD. And Sam is not so bad. For a human. A GIGANTIC human.
Well, duh! But that was definitely one of my more awesome powers. No one could beat me, because they all had rotten luck! Hahahaha. But you're right, it's all gone now. I'm going to have to find a new way to do everything.
SAM IS A MOOSE that is true. But he's chill. And equal opportunity to non-humans. 8|
You could start learning how to play poker. Maybe you'll be lucky in a different way.
I could teach you, if you want.
... I cracked up at this comment too. SAM WHY ARE YOU TEACHING UNDERAGE ALIENS TO GAMBLE.
[ Eyebrow lift. Some human thing, obviously, but what does it have to do with luck? ]
BECAUSE HE'S SAM AND HEY, THIS GIRL SEEMS NICE ENOUGH. ALSO IT'S HOW HE MAKES MONEY IN SPN.
You have to be a good liar.
[He's totally serious.]
UNDERAGE, SAM. UNDERAGE *ALIEN*. HAVE YOU NO MORALS, SON. and wow how did i forget /used to watch
I guess that doesn't sound so bad.
sam was cheating people out of money by age seven okay 8|
If you can beat me by the time you learn the rules, you can keep the cards. Sound like a deal?
.... oh sammy. a paragon of virtue, a leader to us all.
Deal! I hope you're not too attached to those cards.
it's all dean's fault. 8|
They've got my name on them, which means you're not taking them home.
hdu he is the greatest influence anyone could ever want. pure and true.
What? You wrote your name on your cards? Hahahaha, you dork!
tell that to his little black book 8|
Yeah, that's what I hear.
[His name isn't actually on them, but they sure as hell will be now.]
DON'T DISS THE OLDER BROTHER SAMMY /headslap
[ It better be, or she will be very disappointed. ]
SDLKGHDLHGD 8|
[He's totally going to write his name on them in the spare time he has.]
I used to play Dean. The abuse comes naturally.
[ And lo, she will be delighted. And laugh at him. And he will know it is coming. ]
AAAAAAH awesome~
