I can't argue that it doesn't fit -- being a detective does mean that you see a lot of the darker side of life and death. But being put here over someplace like Odin ... it's not exactly much of a compliment, is it?

Well -- I don't know as much as I'd like yet. But Odin's the all-father, the king of the Norse gods in the legends of my world, and the library's in his district. Sigyn, all I know is that she's the wife of Loki, but there's a hospital in her district and a girl I met who lives there -- one of us -- was able to heal a cut without knowing how she did it. Thor's thunder and a warrior, Hel -- well, all I know about her is that she's associated with death.
