... Yeah, you make a good point about the gods, I guess. I just don't want to believe them no matter what, since there's a good chance of that biting us in the ass in the end. It feels like they're just sucking up to us with the things they offer us, and in that case I'd rather bite the hand that feeds me rather than end up being smacked in the face by it. [ aka Ange has just grown very pessimistic, cynical and distrustful over the years - she would act this way towards anything, really. ]
