[Greetings, Asgard! Your bonafide Bonnefoy seems to be well and situated in Freya by now, which is a good thing. His greeting, however, is mildly er, nonexistent and he sounds almost up to his eyeballs in unsures.]
I have ah-- [he pauses, looking at something off-screen rather critically; those fine features and MANLY STUBBLE crinkling in distaste as if he just imagined his mother naked and frolicking with Rome... Which he'd had the misfortune of seeing once, actually--] Now, mes amis! I am not a judgmental man. [He just lies like a rug]
Mais-- Well, I could not help but notice the overwhelming amount of English that have been brought as fellow Traveler to Asgard.
[The hidden, or not so hidden message is I am DROWNING in the ENGLISH. Send help. ]
I am just wondering if there is a reason for this favoritism, hm? Why not say-- the French? If they wanted their city to be colorful again my culture is much more familiar with the expression. No offense, hm? Consider it a case of being homesick...
[He smiles, disarmingly, perhaps, fumbling with his pack of cigarettes before flicking the transmission off. WAY TO LITERALLY OFFEND HALF OF ASGARD, FRANCIS.]

<3!
And you are, a nation, then? With a rich culture?
<3~
It is good to have a friend in an unfamiliar place. [a beat...]
I am France. Well, I suppose I would have gone by a different name in your time, ouais?

[ smiling. ]
You have some friends here too, yes? England.

[Grinning though. He'll try again, thinking.] Certainly not Gaul, though that is a former name. Normandie, peut-être?

[ as for the first part - ]
Really now? I cannot see why, you seem very kind to me.

I am, ah, figuratively speaking, your next door neighbor. [yep] I could always teach you, though land has changed hands and names more than a few times since your time.
[Geography lessons with France. It sounds unsavory but isn't. Promise...!]

this is his 'challenge accepted' face :T
Ma chere, it would be a blessing to give this old man something productive to do. I promise to be completely thorough and you will show that brother of yours superior prowess, ouais?
:3
:3 indeed
Any time that I may gaze upon a beauty such as yours and have intelligent conversation as well is certainly time spent most wisely.
[Yep. He probably should ask if she's a lady spoken for but that's never mattered too much for some innocent compliments, right?]
kvkjfkjfhfkjhf France what even.
You flatter me, sir; I fear I might blush.
He's in his natural habitat being beeeeaaastly.
Hm... [He tilted his head, giving her a quick glance. Assessing the situation, yes. Smoothly:] Perhaps you could flatter me with dinner after our lesson? It would be quite ah, ungentlemanly of me to leave a lady with a full mind but an empty stomach! If my Ladyship wishes to, of course.
\o/
Ohon.
I am a natural entertainer, Morgana. Of course I can cook.
[He's wearing the And I'm the best in the land face. Cocky bastard. However! He does like providing a good meal to lovely ladies that need dire attention.]
It is only a question of what you enjoy most, though-- I can surprise you if you wish.
[Even fictional English food is English food. Uck.]

Alive!
[Well, that didn't sound right. Coyly:]
When would you like to set up this little arrangement?
<3
Whenever you have time, sir, I am entirely dependent on you.

What district are you in? I think gathering our bearings is most important, d'accord? I am in Freya, though I can tear myself away if to offer my knowledge to yourself.
