Trucy? ...There is something I would like to give you. A present. I think it will prove useful to you, both in Asgard and at home. And...there is something I wish to tell you along with it.

...It concerns Apollo as well, so I will be inviting him too.

Apollo, are you free today? I understand you have a number of projects, but there is something I must tell you and Trucy. And I would not feel right doing it any way except face to face with both of you.

[ Lamiroir is trying to take her nerves off this meeting... it's interesting how easily stage fright can be compartmentalized, but the thought of how these two might react to what she has to say has her tensed up. She distracts herself noting the composition for a song, but considering the subject matter--a reunion--perhaps it's not a complete distraction. ]

[He blinks. He's not quite sure what it could be that she'd have to tell him and Trucy. That's unexpected, but then, they're the only people she really knows here from home, as far as he knows. It could have something to do with that.

He doesn't hesitate before replying.]

[ Lamiroir's smile brightens a tick immediately, even as it has an edge to it. Any more nerves and her particular "tic" would likely make a reappearance. ] Thank you, Apollo.

Freyr's house is a bit far for both you and Trucy... [ l o l godhouse on the outer edge ] I'll ask her if we can use Loki's house.

[ Which is far for her, but she doesn't mind that nearly as much as she does making her daughter cross this crazy city. @_@ (And okay, it's still a bit far for Apollo, but HE'S OLDER.) ]

[He can pick up that she's nervous about something, though he's definitely not sure why. Not that he blames her. This place can be nerve-wracking.]

[ Pause, and sounding a little more relaxed, even amused, even if it's at herself having been silly: ] And Trucy pointed out that Odin is more convenient for all of us.

You do? [He nods, though he's still not sure what it could be about. Worried about what he'd think? He just can't imagine what she could say that he'd think badly about. He responds with confidence.] I'm sure it'll be fine. I'm glad you're all right.

Sure, you can come here! I'm at the Welcome Hall now. We can meet here, or at the library or a café or something like that.

It is. [Apollo is not happy about the recent events, so it's good to see everyone he knows all right for now.]

I'm sure she'll appreciate it, Lamiroir. [Whatever it is, although he can't quite understand why she'd have something for Trucy either. For all his perceiving, he is completely clueless.]

[ Obviously. Lamiroir looks bemused at that for a second before giving a small laugh. ] I'll be there soon.

[ The walk seems much longer than it normally is, given that she keeps fiddling with her bracelet. Not the slender silver with Freyr's dark indigo, but the thick, carved bracelet that had been passed along the Gramarye line. But Trucy seemed uncomfortable about the gift, and Apollo had no idea why he had it, and...

It would be all right. It had to be. Her family had been brought back together, not just thanks to Phoenix's work but a chance meeting that had surely been more than chance...it had been its own kind of magic.

When she reached the god house, she paused just outside the front door, taking a breath to settle herself, and entered with a calm expression. She looked for both Apollo and Trucy, on the off-chance her daughter had been quicker to arrive. ]

[Trucy hadn't been quicker to arrive, as she had been taking her time, trying (and failing) to figure out what Lamiroir had to tell and give them. She isn't far behind, however.]

[Apollo was ready for Lamiroir, having been waiting for her since speaking to her on the bracelet--of course he'd come downstairs at once in order to be there to greet her, spending the time before she arrived awkwardly waiting and wondering what this was all about.]

Hi, it's good to see you. [He came up to greet her politely, then turned to Trucy with a smile as she came in soon after.] Hi, Trucy. Hi, both of you.

[He was the host here, so he would try to be a good one.] Would you like something to drink?

Hello, Trucy. [ It's the first time she's actually seen Trucy in person, not just over video, in a long, long while, and there's an inclination to try to take in as much as she can. But Lamiroir catches herself quickly and simply smiles before turning to Apollo, her arms kept folded with the bracelet just out of sight. ]

Ah... [ She hadn't expected that, even though really, it was only proper. ] Some water, please. [ She's not thirty at all, but maybe she'll need it, to keep her throat clear. ]

[Trucy had to fight staring at Lamiroir. Unlike the two of them, she was currently bracelet-less, and relied entirely on staring at people to try to figure out their ticks.

But it wasn't only that. There was just something so familiar about her seeing her in person, without the blue cloak and mask. Something that ust felt... too familiar, even if she couldn't put her finger on what.]

[Apollo looked from Lamiroir to Trucy, wondering what she could have to tell both of them. It was odd. Of course, they knew her and liked her, but they didn't know her that well.

He was actually a little nervous, but he told himself to stop being silly. There wasn't any need for that. Everything was fine! Still, he was glad of a delay, even such a slight one.]

No problem! It'll just take a second. I'll be right back.

But I would feel much better with you having it. [ This warm rejoinder is 110% truth. She knows the family talent is much weaker without it, and Trucy needs to be able to tell lies from the truth. ]

Wouldn't it be easier for everyone if I just went to Odin? You said you needed to talk to Polly too, right? That way it's in the middle.

O-okay. [She fidgets a bit while she waits; she really can't imagine what this is all about. Her first instinct was Lamiroir wanted to repay them for helping find her innocent, but that wasn't right. It definitely had to be something bigger than that, but what could possibly affect all three of them? And what did she want to give them?]
